I have to agree that it should be lowered or even better if you can remove the fee. 1% is indeed seems a low number but it can be big amount for big withdrawals. Maybe this one that's make high rollers are not interested to play on your site.

1% fee on cashout makes it pretty much a no go zone for any whale,hope you do realise it
