Indeed, that's true, you were lucky and you didn't need to abuse the bug at the end (just in that account), but you were going to do it, as you also locked the money in the same games.



Multi accounts are not allowed (unless you create one account to play with BTC and another one for LTC), not just here, but in a lot of other websites is strictly prohibited.

You created 6 accounts at least, why do you need more than 1 or 2 accounts? You can access to the same account with any IP address, and play from anywhere.

You created more accounts to claim the 100% bonus multiple times to abuse the bug, as we can clearly see in the gameplay of ALL these accounts.

And, btw:

"3.1.4. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access."



You clearly knew how the bug worked, as you have almost exactly the same gameplay behavior with every account, and in almost every account you abused it.

You didn't lose the money, you locked it inside the games, then you made another deposit to clear the wagering requirement and be able to abuse the bug, as you did with your other accounts. You abused the bug at least 5 times with different accounts. All of the accounts have the same gameplay patterns, which were necessary to abuse the bug that I already explained.

We have been fair with everybody if they play legitimately, we have paid everyone their winnings, including the lucky user that won +$12k recently. But you are clearly not playing by the rules, as you are using multiple accounts with different IPs to hide your activity, you are claiming the 100% Bonus multiple times, and you have abused the bug a lot.

We already paid you more than $3k between all of your accounts, which is way more than all of your deposits combined, so you should be thankful that you were able to profit from this and don't push it further.

Sorry I'm on vacations that's why I reply slowly and not to all points of the post.
At the beginning: qunepton is my account, there was only 1 deposit made there so this as you call it "bug" does not apply to it - I have successfully cleared bonus by hitting quads and royal then played roulette as you can doublecheck so saying that I robbed you is really not right!
Second thing - in your t&c there's no info that player cannot create more accounts and only that "3.1.2. You are allowed to use our site from a sole IP for one account. If you attempt to use more than one account per IP, all betting accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. " so for me it's clear - you can have more accounts if you use other IP (i'm on vacations - other country, no access to old account I have created new one).
At the end - rmv account, I have got $206 bonus, at the end I lost the last money and decided to not take new bonus - right, if this is called "bug"then you should remove bonus and payout my winnings from my deposit ($353deposit) I have won up to $885 so you can check how much it was from the bonus - I believe I have lost most of it because the first what you play is your own money then the bonus right? and payout winnings from my deposit by removing bonus winnings if there any and not take all of the balance away!

Apologies for the delay, I had the report ready yesterday, but was unable to post it until now.

I will explain the bug that you exploited in order to have an unfair advantage:

1) First you made a deposit with the deposit bonus enabled, as it's the first deposit bonus, you received a bonus of 100%, so your deposited amount would be doubled, and you would have a wagering requirement of the final amount x 35.

2) After the deposit was confirmed, you played some specific games where you first have to select the amount of your bet, then the money would be "locked" in the game and deducted from the balance until you play (not every game works like this, just some of them). So your balance would be reduced, but the money is still there, "inside" these games. You kept doing this until you had almost the entire balance "locked" in these games. Then you played some other games to make your balance go to $0.

3) You made another deposit, and as your balance was $0, the wagering requirement was cleared.

4) After that you played the games with the locked money. With a bit of luck, you can easily get that money (your deposit and the deposit bonus) out of the game.

5) Now you are able to withdraw it all, as the wagering requirement was "cleared".

That was basically the bug that you exploited, bug that we found looking at your weird gameplay behavior (check the image from the bottom to the top):



Then, we found more accounts with almost exactly the same gameplays, trying to exploit the same bug, 6 accounts in total.

We tried to see if these accounts where yours too, and we strongly believe they are your accounts, not just because the gameplays are almost identical (same patterns, same games, etc.), but as we also found more things.

5 out of 6 of these IPs have been reported in that website for abusive activities, so most probably these IPs are from a VPN service, which you used to hide your real IP address and be able to create multiple accounts, and claim the first deposit bonus (100%) multiple times.











We also checked the BTC addresses that you used to deposit in our website, and we found a connection.

Normally, the wallets generate a new address to be used as the change address for each transaction for privacy reasons, unless you configure your wallet to make your change address be the same as the address that you used to send the money, which is exactly what happened with all of these accounts.

Another funny thing, the accounts qunepton and rmv came to this forum to ask for their money in the same time interval most of the times, between ~7am and ~8am (GMT), almost every day. Also, both of these accounts were created just to complain here.

It's really sad that we paid you +$3k and you still kept trying to rob us more. Don't expect to see the money from your last account back.
