I'm surprised you people didn't try to sell when the price trend reached it's peak.
I bought 200 shares. At that time support was quite supportive. It was really stupid of course because i don't know who they are. Investing on feelings are always stupid. At one point the profits dropped constantly. Week after week. I tried to contact them and ask what's going on but they did not react anymore. At the end i sold and lost a lot of money by doing so. The profit simply went down linearly so i thought they will be at zero soon and i tried to safe some of my funds by selling since there were buy orders. A couple of days later the downward trend stopped completely. So i wondered if this downtrend was real to begin with.
I think the founders might be real since the support discussed with me about improvements over some time. But at that point i wondered if the site was real or if maybe everything was done only for my investment. Because i don't even know another investor and the downward trend stopped when i had sold.
The thing is, my coins aren't spent. They are still there in the house. So i want to speak with them.

This week I finally sold my shares on the site, and the withdrawal did go through just fine, however my investment is 1/5 of what it was...
Not working? What is it exactly that has stopped working? Are the wallets not functioning anymore? Is it impossible to witdraw currency?
I can't log in, and haven't been able to for months. At first I thought it was a problem with Google Authenticator, but now I'm not so sure. In any case, I can easily prove my identity by signing a message from any or all of the address I've ever used for deposit or withdrawal, which I shouldn't have to since I have my password and 2FA secret, but there's no way to contact anybody at the site besides this thread, which they're not active in. There's definitely somebody actively maintaining the site, since the domain was recently renewed, but whoever they are they don't seem to give a shit about their customers.I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I currently have a rather large sum of bitcoins stored on the site, so the more sinister explanation is that they're stealing from high roller's accounts while letting everyone else play as normal so that the majority of players don't suspect anything is wrong. Hanlon's razor suggests I shouldn't worry (at least about that), but Hanlon's razor doesn't always apply to Bitcoin sites.

The OP maybes not online here but all features of the wesite is working. Autotimatic withdrawal is flawless. This is a trusted website.

I had a similar issue. Really hoped they would add that feature. Also, it does appear they have adopted the bitzino model, but its best to be cautious while depositing huge amounts.

Question about safety: any known instance this site has been hacked or a user lost her funds due to not her own fault?

I suspect they have gone the Bitzino approach, complete halt of communication but still keep their site online cause it's too profitable to not do. I think it's a delusion to think it matters. It's not that the fact that you do or don't communicate in public/private changes anything really.
But they are really hurting the community by deciding not to communicate, not even give any kind of way to contact them for support, definitely when they decided to open the door to investments. I can only advice playt.in to either close down gracefully, or openly start communicating again.

Still not working for me. I've tried restoring from backups, adjusting my clock, different browsers, Tor... nothing works. Is there any method of contacting the operators besides a forum account that hasn't been active for months? I can sign a message using any address connected to the account to prove it's my account. This is getting damned annoying.
