there are so many thread that indicate the majority of ico are scam and those who are not out of them many are heavily manipulated as per whale desire,btt was great example of it and i think new investor should stay away from market for at least one month to see how any ico goes or read different thread about ico to get an early experience of not falling in trap just for quick profit.it is their responsibility to check everything about the ico before investing in it.
This is what I always preach about, it is good to checkmate a project before trying to throw your money in there, we didn't just heard of bitcoin and went to buy it because we were told that there would be an increase in price, we went to buy it because we read satoshi whitepaper and discovered that the project is very feasible.

It seems like binance is keeping the ICO's alive and if this will continue people will start to gain confidence again in investing to ICO but again the disadvantage would be a lot of scam ICO will pop up that has great presentation. With regards to BTT, yes people lose or win but then again thats the risk.
I don't believe in ICO anymore. They are just collecting a huge amount of funds and after that management becomes nonsense. They will start shifting dates for distribution of bounty and elongate the listing of their coin to any exchange, giving us proper updates about themselves. I believe more on self-funded projects and a little bit on STOs.
Investing in an ICO is very risky because there is no guarantee that we can make a lot of money. When fraud occurs, we don't know what to do and we have to give up our money. And investing in ICO must be careful and conduct research.
In this type of market buying into this post crowdsale after it has already appreciated is generally not a good idea which should be obvious to most investors who aren't new to cryptocurrencies and one of the golden rules is never to invest based on hype or FOMO as it will likely lead to losses so be patient and only purchase an asset if it becomes a value buy
Thanks for the heads up. That’s why I only gamble a little on this ICO’s since mostly all of them are just driven by fudds and fomos. Well as long as their coin is already in market and have volume then it’s the investors initiative already whether he is willing to ride its price but basically its for day traders obviously.

I am not hundred percent guarantee giving to an ICO at this time and it will be a huge risk while investment and any ICO in today situation because you lots of scans will only come to this time so we cannot trust that in most of the time.

Investing into ico's is also a kind of gambling, we don't know the true outcome of the project. Just on some valuation we'll be making an investment, there are people lucky to get 100% growth in a short from the investment same time there are investors who go without a penny as the market of the ICO goes downtrend. As in gambling, here also it is must to spend what is affordable to be lost.

well bittorrent is just another pump and dump coin.. if you bought in binance and you did not sell early then you lose..its there strategy just to gain investor
This is a very likely scenario, but it is possible that they also have long-term plans .. It would not be a surprise for me if now the accumulation began and in the future, will come even bigger pump.
I also think the same that is why, Today the price is 24 sat, and i have bought around 10k BTT as this type of coins can go any where and investing 240k is not a bad investment which can give 10x or even 100x or may go to zeroo.
imo bittorent is not a pump and dump coin because bittorent came from a reputable company which is bittorent . come to think if they will scam people , thier reputation will greatly affected . besides , they can already earn millions and billions of cash without creating an ico . so dont worry guys , what happened to btt is only a normal phenomenon . almost all crypto coins have gotten there before they become stable .
According to me, it is not scam. when Binance decided to support BTT, they had their own strategy. they may have informed the shareholders about this and they were soon whitelist registered. then all shareholders bought BTT and made the price of BTT soar on the trading floors.
This support of Binance is also bringing huge profits for Binance. But the important thing is the potential of a project. if it's a good project, Binance will support but we don't have the slot to buy the token. that is the problem to be solved.
