I have read that some Stake players passed level 1 verification with a fake address, a fake name, a throw-away email, and other fake information. You're probably one of them. But, god, I wouldn't be attempting to pass level 4 with the same fake set of information.

Same here and I wouldn't attempt level 2 since in level 1 I already violated their terms by not submitting real name and official email address the OP is really has some guts to continue to level 4 even if he knows he is not allowed to play in the first place since his country is restricted.
Yes, it is a big NO to violate their terms by submitting a fake name and address because if we win a big amount of money and they know we use fake info, that will make us in trouble situations.
It will be better if we do not verify our account and just play gambling like the other people so that we will not risk our account but if somehow, they require us to verify the account and we do not want to do that, maybe we can move to the other sites.
That will be a good way to prevent submitting the real document to the casino.
But if we use fake info from the start, it could harm our account someday.

I'm glad that I'm from a country where using most gambling sites is legal and isn't restricted. As for me, it's better to read their TOS in the beginning so you'll never have regrets in the end. Breaking their rule, especially the KYC might only create a bigger problem in the future so you better abide it than risking your funds by faking it.
You are lucky to come from a country where gambling is legal and unrestricted so you can play gambling freely without being afraid of breaking the rules.
Breaking the rules is one of the things we need to avoid, especially if we play gambling and use enough money because later it will get us in trouble.
I also always make it a habit to read the TOS to avoid breaking the rules
We as gamblers should also know how to carry ourselves in gambling and always try to avoid all kinds of things that can be bad for us.

I was wondering is someone from a restricted country managed to pass the Stake account KYC Level 4 verification ? :

As they have restricted country, the country which have been restricted from the site cant be verified as the country of the restricted area are not be able to verify. If you are from restricted area then you should stay away from the gamlbing. Hope you have not yet faced any problem for restricted country.

But the bigger problem here is if you passed level 4 with all those fake information and you started making huge deposits only to be blocked from withdrawing those amounts. Remember that withdrawal of huge amounts are normally processed manually and additional information may be asked. A withdrawal request for a huge amount is enough trigger for them to review everything about your account. They'd be more than happy to find even a single violation.

Finally, I don't think the rules on restricted locations will change according to your KYC level.

Hi everyone,

I was wondering is someone from a restricted country managed to pass the Stake account KYC Level 4 verification ? :

1/ If Yes how did you did it ? ( Knowing that you reside on a restricted country...)

- How long did it took ?
- What types of documents was asked for each step ?
- Issues you had to face with supports during the process
- Tips , Advices etc. …

2/ Once verified on KYC LVL 4 :

- No more withdrawing problems ? Even for 1 Million $ Huh ??
- No more limitations on Sports betting Huh ??
- No more VPN / IP location restrictions ?

Don't ever undermine Stake.com's capability to trace those who break their rule and play with their security even if thousands are playing in their casino, they can easily trace you and investigate your account, for reference check this thread where one player wins a huge amount but once security asked for KYC so he can withdraw his earnings, he cannot and don't want because he is from a restricted country.

That contradicts already, if you're from a restricted country, you barely going to reach level 4 with your account with them.

And even if you do with the help of a VPN, there might be some problems that you have to face and the reality will hurt you emotionally. But still, you have to address and ask this directly to the stake thread.

There are many active reps there and even the owner might give you a thought about what you're bringing there.

Once they do find you out on faking documents then say sorry into your funds  yet they could really seized it out.

That's right but OP is thinking that maybe there is someone out there that managed to bypass the security of the Stake which I don't think you can get away since they are reputable gambling site and their security especially in the legal part is no joke so it is impossible that you would be verify if you are in the restricted country.
Verifying would really be impossible because you could not able to give those sufficient documents and proofs that you dont reside on a restricted country even if you do which means that you wont really be having other

options but rather you would just simply accept your fate that those funds are totally lost or been locked up since you know that you are wrong in the first place. So its a personal kind of choice
whether you do proceed on playing on a site  which is restricted for you or would simply find out another place which would really remove that kind of hassle.

If I come from a restricted country and one or two gambling sites block it, I will never try to register or verify my account because that could get me in trouble. I'd better find another gambling site that doesn't prohibit people from my country from playing gambling because it will be safer, and we don't have to worry about getting blocked from that gambling site.

If you keep doing this, you risk that the gambling site will catch your account, and they could do anything to your account. It will hurt to see you can win big prizes, but apparently, they don't allow you to withdraw those winnings just because you are from a restricted country.

That's true it's breaking their TOS this has been the case of many banned accounts or those who cannot withdraw their huge earnings, they play disregarding the rules, we have one thread like this where a player won a big amount but don't want to submit KYC because he violated the rules, if you have not played deposited a big amount don't do it, you can play with a small amount for enjoyment but if you risk a big amount and play you might encounter this issue.

If you are from restricted country don't think you will be verified since it is very clear in their terms and condition that you are not allowed to play in the first place and your account might be blocked/ban or worst they will seized your money in your account for violating their rules and condition. I don't think someone here insist in submitting or trying to verify their account when their location is restricted.
Why would you make yourself put in trouble or all the hassle if you do know that you are on a restricted country? Considering there are lots of casinos in the market then its not bad to find for another one but if

you do really force on making yourself able to access the site plus having that minding about KYC verified from a blocked country then it is normal that they  wont really let you on getting verified.
It is understandable and they would really be sticking into that particular manner.

Once they do find you out on faking documents then say sorry into your funds  yet they could really seized it out.

I do not think it is advisable to even try to "trick" the Stake verification system, because you will eventually be caught. I see a lot of advertisements on Discord from people who are advertising false documents to "verify" on Stake.

You might buy those documents, thinking that you will pass the verification process and somewhere in the future you might win something huge and when you want to withdraw those funds, Stake might ask for another verification and you will fail.

A lot of US and UK players are now hunting around for Level 2 verification documents, because the "Rain" and "Bonus Code" requirements have been increased to Level 2 now.  Roll Eyes

If you are a smart gambler, won't try to evade the restrictions set by stake to prohibited countries. Because sooner or later, you need to withdraw your funds. So if the site detects that you are accessing the site via other illegal means, then, expect that you will get into trouble. If you are not sure, better ask the stake rep - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/stunna-81292, from the forum, he is quite active so no problem in reaching out with your questions.

I don't understand the players, who want to bypass or break the Terms or Service of crypto casinos.
What will be your benefit of doing this?Your account can still be blocked, even if you somehow miraculously manage to upload fake documents and get accepted for a Level 4 verification.
Breaking the Terms of Service of a gambling platform would always bite you in the a$$,at the end.
Are you brave enough to deposit crypto coins in an account, that has been verified with fake documents?
Perhaps the Stake customer support runs manual reviews of all documents, that have been uploaded.
What happens then?

This is not possible if you will read there ToS. Restricted country will not be implemented in there ToS if it can be easily bypass by just doing a lvl 4 KYC. Your account will immediately block by the time you do the first layer of KYC. Afaik, They will only require higher level of KYF from restricted country if you manage to bypass the restrictions using VPN and your account got caught in the midway while you already deposit some cash to your account, They will require you to submit necessary document that will deem your identity to claim your trapped money.

He completed level 1 where he make known his residence. He seemed not blocked. I'll leave it that way and bet a small amount only if I were him.

He doesn't have any BTC in his account yet based on the image so that relief since he is from a restricted country. So why do all the troubles of submitting KYC documents?  Why push yourself to a platform you are not welcome, there are lot more options for users from countries not allowed to sign up.

You can be from a 'restricted' country but u currently need to living in another country from where stake accepts players

The sports limits are based on the book's liability management and they should not differ much after kyc

take a better look at their AML/KYC policy  here as they need the details such as your country of citizenship if you are submitting kyc docs, make sure you are abiding their kyc protocols, so in case you need to submit docs, you won't have any prob with them. they have other monitoring controls also if you are hiding where you are connecting from. i am not suggesting to go around the system if you are a high roller, because this will be the reason of seeing your account frozen. try to contact the online site support if you are allowed to play considering that you are residing in nonrestricted country but with citizenship of restricted country.
