You can be from a 'restricted' country but u currently need to living in another country from where stake accepts players

I was wondering is someone from a restricted country managed to pass the Stake account KYC Level 4 verification ? :

People from restricted countries aren't allowed to use the service of Stake. So, completing the KYC verification will not make any difference. I have asked Stake support and they said that~snip~

So, your account will be blocked. You won't be able to use any service (like: deposit, withdrawal, placing bets) of Stake.
To be honest we haven't gotten to level 4 in the game on the Stake.com gambling site.
So why don't you just ask them directly in their thread or you call: Stunna, for more clarity.
