I think it will be very difficult to be able to get your assets back, because indeed it is purely from the mistakes you made, so that the Coinbase will easily get out of hand, and they also will not be able to do anything, especially if the asset has been in WD to a private BCH address the recipient, the only way you have to track the account holder and maybe you will be able to get your assets back, but we know that is impossible in the world of cryptocurrency and the possibility of your BCH return is 1%.

if the problem you have is still within the scope of the exchange then you can report it by providing evidence so the team can take care of it. because the error of sending funds in my opinion is quite detrimental to you, even though your own mistakes. so try to contact the exchange support to get your funds back

Well, the first is purely based on your mistakes and not on the company's part.
except if the mistake is made by the company then, they will be responsible for it but you need to show strong evidence if you are the owner of the asset.
and maybe you can't do many things to return your assets back, unless someone who receives your assets voluntarily sends it back to your wallet, but this is not possible.

In such cases, contacting the support will give a chance to you for recovering the lost funds. If you can convince the Coinabse support team members, they will gladly help you, otherwise forget about the wrong address sent BCH. Private keys are necessary for spending the BCH form that addresses.

Not sure about coinbase but I have made similar mistake while using Binance while making transaction to my friend and I though it would be reversed automatically which did not happen hence I had to reach out to the supporting team who made some verification and asked my friend to deposit a particular value to him Binance account just to verify it's not a made up story and then they reversed it in couple of days. Please reach out to support team with the recipient's details at the earliest.

Hello everyone, I really need help of experts here.

Please answer it only if you are 100% sure.

I today sent Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin Address by mistake. I have sent it through Coinbase and the person receiving too has Coinbase account. It shows transaction is completed and amount is sent. So now please help me as what can I do? Is there any way to restore or Claim it?
ah this is a fundamental mistake and very risky, you should immediately send a coinbase support ticket or contact coinbase telephone number directly and tell me everything, including proof of transaction, tx hash, screenchot or anything deemed necessary as proof, and so as not to repeat itself You should as well read first https://support.coinbase.com.

Go to coinbase support and send a ticket explain what your problem and send a prof screenshot or tx hash. Because only coinbase support will help you on this problem.

But i think your chabce to claim,  refund this to you is very low because i already experienced this problem also bit not in coinbase.

Try to use their telegram account to reach them so they can help you how you can reclaim your coins. I never experienced that before but you have to atleast do the necessary options. Better to try something than doing nothing. I hope the coinbase team will help you as soon as possible.

Write to coinbase support, what's the problem? Think they will be able to help in this case, technically this situation doesn't look too bad I think. This money is still in their wallet.

That was a bad story...their support is the only hope that you can reclaim your token back( if they would like to give support).
The problem is of the owner of that address already transfers the funds to the other account outside Coinbase. In that case, you'll never get it back.
yes usually by contacting support on the website can have the opportunity to be able to get back what has been sent but the possibility is only small because if the recipient's wallet that you sent earlier did not approve a refund it might be difficult.

usually if you have made a mistake sending a address that is not your destination you can be sure will disappear without a trace, true colleague said above about this that you will not get back.
but if you have received a reply from them and you feel that you want to try, it never hurts if you will do that and usually takes quite a long time. now back to you if you want to continue and try it.

I just received response from them - Here it is -

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Coinbase. As Coinbase experiments with expanding into more markets, there will be varying levels of support provided. Initially, Coinbase will only offer self-help customer support in your region.

For more information on what support is provided by region, please visit the following help pages:

International Support for Coinbase
International Support for Coinbase Pro

Thanks,
Coinbase Support

Can anyone tell me what should I do next?
The mail says it all. Did you go to the pages they told you to have look at? Find your region over there and you probably will get a different support address of your region. Contact them and let them know what happened in details. They will try their best. How much did you send? If its a really low amount, I don't think its worth all the hassles you will go through. If its some significant amount, the be prepared to be really patient with their support system. They might take days to reply and it might take months to get your coins back (still its worth trying).

You should continue choosing the appropriate option, but first you should look at it. Did you check out support section? If you did not, read it: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2911542-bitcoin-cash-faq

What happens if I send Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin address?
At this time, Coinbase has already credited accounts who received any BCH at their existing BTC addresses. Going forward, we cannot guarantee that funds will be properly credited when one asset is sent to the address of a different asset. Please make sure that you only send funds to the specific deposit address displayed in your Coinbase account for the asset you are sending. You can view a list of these addresses, or create a new one, by visiting this page.

If you have sent BCH to an external address that was used only for BTC, you will need to obtain the private keys for that address and import them into a BCH wallet in order to access the funds stored there. Coinbase does not support the importing of private keys.

There is no way to get your money back because if bitcoin has been sent to the recipient's wallet address. Bitcoin has moved to the recipient's wallet address
I think what the colleague said above is true, because if it's wrong to send it will undoubtedly be hard to come back besides there is good intentions the recipient wants to return which is very unlikely and don't expect much. but this does not play down your role in trying to find the best way.

If the amount is greater than 0.1 BTC it will worth to contact with the support of Coinbase and explain the situation in detail. It looks like, the private key is necessary for spending the Bitcoin Cash. If you can convince the support guy in Coinbase, taking the private key of the sent address will solve the problem.

I have the same experienced with another exchange and that unintentional mistake ended up unsolved which is really frustrating despite reporting my mistake to their support. The last resort that you have is to reach out to their support team and hope that things would get better. Just learn from that mistake.

I guess your only shot would contacting the support team. They can help you with that, I think but I am afraid to tell you that the coin might be lost already and the team might either be willing or not to send you the lost amount.
BTC Cash and BTC are different.

Already did and above is their response. Which from what I understood means there is no support.
