I post this just to be clear and get the confirmation because I didn't get any notifications for the refund process.

Secondly, we cannot verify you as long as you provide valid documents. Believe me we have an interest to verify everyone, as you are our clients, but when we cannot be guaranteed about validity of your documents, we cannot do it for legal purposes.

It's my personal bank account in my country and I did the transfer, Even if you are true why you didn't answer me? why you don't notice me ?
