I just did that, I don't want anything from them just refund my money back to my bank account and I can proof that I transferred the money from my private account

Post the emails and all the evidence to show that you have done exactly what you wrote. This should shame them into answering you back and if that doesn't happen you at least warned other users not to make the same mistake.

there is one questionable accusation about that site, not sure why the card provider bans that user by adding a lot of them.

I have the emails and chat, they was not reply at all and in toast week they reply but they didn't give any reason for that or solution after that they ignore me at all, and I found this site by Google I don't know what to do.

provide some proofs OP, you have no valid proof if you just say like that. 2 weeks is too long for get answer from email, why  you didn't open this accustions from 1 week ago? just hope you can get back all your money.

I think this section is not for that discussion, I think you should have to transfer your thread to trading discussion, or you have to complaint against them in scam accusation section.

Please I need help spectrocoin.com verify my company account and I have email from them, and I transferred from my bank account 80$ when I see every thing is good I transfer 2100$$ and it's received on my account, after that my account blacked, I ask them on chat they didn't answer then they said sorry by mistake we blocked you , at the same day I try to transfer to my wallet they give me a message that I have to verify my account the support told me just transfer your money to any wallet !! , and no one answer me why they did that and they blocked me from chat and Skype and when I open ticket they close it without answer, I send email to the helpdesk , Info and CEO and they didn't answer.

I spend 2 weeks with sending emails, chat and open tickets and calling them on the phone without any solution and I lost money for nothing even I didn't get my visa and I told them about that but they don't care,

Please help me just I need to refund my money we are a certified company and I have costumers.
