The same here. Waiting few weeks for tokens after support ticket from Kristina G. told me its approved and I must wait for tokens. But never received. Still waiting.
They make only FEW swap transaction on 1-2 days so I dont know why some people still no received tokens. I dont understund this unprofessional actions.

As far as i know, the swap happened, am i wrong? I remember i did the swap and went all smooth..what's your problem @cptpiet?
The smart contract works, you send your tokens and will receive back the new tokens within a week, in theory.

We are pleased to inform you that the DS Plus project team (PlusCoin) is launching a private testing of the P2P platform.

P2P PlusCoin is the first e-Commerce platform where everyone can place goods, exchange then for the PlusCoin cryptocurrency, and buy goods from other users for their coins.

For the platform (and the DS PLUS application in the future) the technical department developed a private Blockchain, based on the Ethereum Blockchain. When ?? When you start swap bigger amount tokens ? You make only few last times. Where others ?
You realize all small amounts swaps but avoid swap bigger amount.
People not have even first promised 7 000 000 tokens.
3 weeks after "start" large plc amount swap and NOBODY take 3 x 7 millions = 21 millions tokens. (7mill/each week).

Yes, it is much more complicated than using a ready-to-use shared public network. But the action of cats, shrimps, frogs, etc. are irresponsible, because their developers were well aware of how much data would appear in the network confirmations and how it will affect all other operations.

Therefore, now the issue of PLC- PLCN exchange has become acute. A few days transactions appear in the network, for a long time they stay in the “Pending” status and disappear, due to the impossibility of confirmation on the part of the Ethereum Blockchain.
 
We hope that in the nearest future the situation will be resolved and ERC-20 coins movement will be commited in the standard mode.
