edit: Since you're not interested in this coin, your ban shouldn't bother or affect you either way. The way you're putting this post out of context makes it seem as if you're using it as yet another attempt to put off new users.
This guy is an angry Mintcoin bagholder. He somehow feels that if Panda fails Mintcoin benefits. Kind of like saying "if I stroke this weird bird they won't show a repeat of Seinfield tonight", i.e. strange and random.
I expected Panda's price would tank; this always happens for a host of reasons (sell-on-the-news, whales pushing down the price to accumulate, people flocking to Bittrex to loose money on the latest scamcoin, noobs falling for FUD, market saturation, etc.). I'm not into "hodl" or silliness like that. The devs did what they said and really advanced crypto. Now we have to see if the market responds. That could take a while. I have my position, I'm staking, mining and using "play money" to buy up occasional sell orders if the price on offer is stupidly low. I never expected to buy a Lambo today.
