See the difference? Dev's had stated that they've had yet to market Pandacoin, and had been waiting for the first major update to do so. I couldn't understand why before, but now it's clear - they required the right tools to market to the general population. They have that now, and now even just the crypto crash course will stand its on by bringing in new users to the pandacoin.

I haven't seen that video. Blackcoin was brought up as an example what a dev team and marketing should look like. Not hiding behind tor and meanless nicknames. I'm very cautious people like wolong are waiting in the corner for opportunities like this. Attend events and expose your coins to your grandparents as you say.

Now, PANDA is 47 in market cap with 7000 dollar volume.  Would expect this be a lot more due to big big changes.

BLACKCOIN, with constant decrease in value maintains a very very good position at 16th place with volume 17000 dollars.

Panda has a long long way to go as there is no innovation there will be no fruitful and prosperous future.

That's because it's quite customary in the cryptocurrency landscape to employ people called "shills".
"Shills" are people who are *paid* to crawl forums and push a *coin onto the users, often by saying subtle/random comments; other times by promoting the *coin openly; other times by spreading fear and doubt about the forum's interest (so that the users can shift interest onto the *coin).

I bet you've seen it countless times. Everytime some *coin releases an update, no matter how big or how small, all other forums, and all threads in here, twitter, facebook, and the whole cryptospace gets filled with people talking about that. I can make countless examples, I bet you can too. That's what makes this thing called "hype".

Pandacoin is different. The dev's don't *pay* people to push PND to others. They're too busy with actually adding features. Poeple get excited at times, obviously; I myself write "hype" posts in here quite often. But I don't go around other *coin threads, pushing panda onto them. It's just basic respect.

Pandacoin is much more about substance than form, or hype. What you're seeing in the market the last days is what I'd actually expect from PND, some medium-big buys and corrections. And obviously some random poeple who bought trying to "ride the hype", but didn't do their research and are exiting PND for more "hypey" coins. It's all good. Panda will have a slow and steady rise, as it has had until now.

It's all about value, not price, tho. And in contrast to most *coins out there, Panda has value. It will show mid-long term.

Btw you misguided poor souls that are buying into irrelevant developments and innovations just don't understand huh? Bitcoin + altcoin adoption is at less than 1% of the general population at the moment, with like 1000 alt coins fighting for the same marketshare. It's not too hard to understand that the real winner is the one that gets used the majority right? The PND devs are heading right into that direction!

Try telling those "cool blackcoin features" to your friends that have only heard of bitcoin and see if they care.

I'm skimming throught the Crash Course and I find it really well tailored. When I was explaining PND to my collegues in march, it was kinda difficult to do all the breath and depth of it, now I can just point them to the relevent lessons when I'm not capable of explaining something myself.

I think the Fudders dont realise pnd wants too be a currency...

I dont even want too trade my pnd for bitcoin/litecoin.. Im waiting till the day pnd has a price of itself, as in a fiat trading pair.. The reason there hasnt been a coin yet who appealled too mass adoption, is because people are too fixed on the btc trading markets... Everything is about btc... mine a coin.. sell it for btc... buy at low pnd/btc price.. sell at high pnd/btc price...

naaah no thnx.. im waiting for a pnd/fiat market... wich brings in a lot more and world wide spread amongst investors...

On your point with online banking, that's the same thing as having an online wallet (e.g. stellar, blackchain.info online wallet, etc2). It's possible and I'm not sure what's the view from the devs' perspective but i'm pretty sure they're gonna do it?
