Confirmation that the current top Pandacoin (PND) address belongs to the Mintpal Exchange
One of our devs (Linux_Mint_Pal) got in contact with Jay, one of the owners and operators of the Mintpal Exchange and confirmed that the top PND address belongs to the exchange as a method of cold storage.

Sweet, good news in terms of distribution balance of PNDs. Appreciate the update dev team! Was wondering why that address was not staking.
Indeed. I decided it would be prudent to ask. Thankfully they don't keep those things secret, so now we can all feel quite good about our distribution.
Chances are, this was their fix for speeding up PND withdrawals that had been taking so damn long! :p
