It doesn't seem so negative.. Cryptocurrencies being officially recognized as a legal mean of trade by having laws attached to it has had good long-term effects on the market in past. But speculators will speculate I guess

It wasn't LTC exclusively. They passed some regulations on all cryptos. It's nothing horrible but people panicked and the market is recovering from that.
