I voted 20k+.

Btc has survived for last 10 years and all these has happened a million times, but this one is just a bit worse. I didn't expect btc goes to $100k without getting any roadblock from governments. We all knew this would come but didn't know it was like this bad or severe and I believe we all hope we get out around $20k and rebuying now deep in our heart.

Tbh, I would rather watching btc goes to $0 than selling it now.

From this point in time which price will you sell your BTC that you have. If you have over 100, 200 or greater BTC what price will you at least sell half for?

Will you be so grateful that it came back from 6k to say 12k you would get out even if you paid 16k?

How long must the tree be shaken to get us all out of BTC ?

explain your vote if you make one please.

The "they" can be whatever you want whale manipulators, just market forces ..whatever you want.

The explanation for the rise and current fall of BTC is not so important just the price at which you will consider a significant exit of your btc position back to fiat.

Don't vote unless you are going to give explanation of your reasons on thread

Posted this actually in the alt board but realise most there don't have btc perhaps or not enough to be worried about btc specifically to respond.
I bought it for $6,000, and I sold half of it when it reached $20,000, because I needed to buy a new house. I have no choice to sell all the COINS, and I think will rise in the price of the currency, 20000 is not the limit, now the currency of the price dropped to $7000, I'm not worried about the currency will die, I believe that the currency will recover soon

My plan with bitcoin is just sell half of my holding when it reaches $100K minimal and hold the remaining BTC forever and I want use them as bitcoin so don't want to convert them into fiat.So add an option to your pool that $100K. Cheesy

I have my goal of selling if the price goes up more than $20,000 but I don't guarantee myself that I can hold on that long. There are times that I need to sell so that I can sustain my needs if I run out of cash. It's just a matter of choice to me if there's a need to sell then I would but as long as I can hold, I would hold until I witness the price goes up again.

I still haven't decided what to do. To be honest, I believe that Bitcoin will succeed in the future and become the universal currency used by many people around the world. However, there is some risk that it might stop recovering at some point. Many people are afraid of losing their money and decide to cash out when correction happens. I would like to keep as many bitcoins as possible and spend them only if I have any financial problems. Currently, I have spent some money in Bitcoin in order to encourage other people to use it instead fiat.

I firmly believe that BTC will be an alternative to fiat by the time when adaption occurs by most of the businesses across the globe. Its utilization in various fields will make BTC a necessity in digital age like the smartphones and the internet. I will just accumulate as much BTC as I can until such time comes.

Cointrade - Bringing crypto trading to the people!
No one knows the future. For example, just yesterday I sold an alt at a price that I thought was good. But then today I check the charts and that alt went up 30%... sigh.

I think that if BTC goes up to 20k, I would look at market factors. It's not really about the price, but rather the signs. If everything sounds bearish, then I'd sell. If everything sounds bullish Tongue I'd probably wait for another couple of K's before selling  Cool

I'm continuously buying, selling and saving Bitcoin so none of those responses are really applicable to me.
Sometimes I will sell a small amount of BTC if I want to purchase something, but I'll always keep a good amount of BTC in cold storage.

I don't think I'd ever sell all of the Bitcoins that I own, not even when it's headed towards 0 dollars.

although I realise this poll is in its infancy already the sentiment here looks promising indeed.

If when this poll increases in results so that it does have some significant power then it will be interesting indeed if the results are still looking like this.

To me personally it could indicate the selling pressure is manipulation by a minority

The people on here are likely a minority too. I'd be very interested to know the proportion of Bitcoin holders versus people signed up on here but it's possibly the lowest it's ever been.

And the people who have the most power to wield will be the tiniest group of all. The rest of us are just along for the ride.

This is true but I would suspect the huge proportion who bought btc and are not members here bought at perhaps quite a high price. If they are not out by now I would expect they won't take this kind of hair cut on their investment.

So far this poll has not garnered the attention i was hoping in the current climate.

It would be great from the million plus apparent members to get at the very least 1k voting.

I will sell my Bitcoin everytime I think the price is gonna go further down so I can short it, thats how it works.
Are you talking about future trading or selling your coins in the exchange when the market goes down.  Huh

I am collecting my coins at this price and i am waiting for the next rally and i will be glad to off load some coins when it touches $20 k and if the market goes further i will hold my coins gladly and if there is any weakness shown in the market i will sell off everything and wait for another correction.

A portion of it ofcourse. If the bear market will still continue, I would rather cut my losses and buy again if little buy little if the market will run a bull again to 50k plus  Grin

There is no doubt whales are trying hard to force small investors to leave the market. After every fall in price, some investors sell their coins after a big loss. Just remind the 90% price fall in 2013. Most of the people sold their coins, but those who held their coins are now rich. We shouldn't fall into the trap. We shouldn't set a sell price which cause us to lose money.
When I will sell my coins depends on financial condition, but in any case I won't sell my coins before a new all time high is reached.

If you encourage people to sell Bitco, they are not jealous or jealous or interest-related, so do not believe those who encourage you to sell Bitco, because they do not want you to earn income, and maybe they want to earn money.

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
I'd never part with more than half. I've never really gotten the people who sell everything. They are strangelings.
I think I'd sell the vast majority of my hodlings.  I wouldn't want to occupy that awkward space between gambling with a pittance and manipulating the market from my bourgeois mansion.

Once you sell most of it, you can build a proper diversified portfolio, since you'd actually have some savings.  It's not like the best investors would hodl half their money in Bitcoin.

As for price, I'd be delighted with the current price if I had that much.  I don't think I'd keep waiting.

This is cool now I know that majority wants bitcoin to be at $50k and are willing to make just like me, so I hope that we will stay here and will just hold bitcoin as much as possible.

If I have 100 BTC and don’t have the needs to use money. I don’t think I will sell my BTC for fiat. IMO, Bitcoin price will go to a level that we cannot imagine. I rather keep my Bitcoin.
