Doesn't matter when the next rally will be, 2015, 2017 or 2020, it's almost a certainty there will be one.

I think it matters. The longer it takes, the higher the new ATH.
I wish that were true. I'll be cheering right alongside you if it is true. But it could also mean that the adoption curve is flattening, and the growth rate slowing. There's no logical reason why the longer it takes, the higher the new ATH. Do you have any evidence to support that notion?

No option for no next ATH? (not that I don't want it to hit as high as imaginable, but I don't see that happening.)

Lol at IDIOTS who think we will see another huge rally....

I have scientific evidence that EVERY TIME I enter an investment it is TOO LATE... out of everything I've put money in... I have lost money 100% of the time. I am deeply invested in BTC right now (~$20K) and I can guarantee you that we will not have another rally. I ALWAYS manage to catch a falling knife, or enter the game a little too late.... I never make money, this is 100% always the case. Sorry guys.

Sorry, but that's hardly scientific.

It sounds like the brought in at $1000+ and will probably dump soon because he thinks there will never be another rally. Perhaps he might change his mind during the next rally and buy back in at peak prices again.

I bought my first half from $600-800. And my second half for around $300-$400. Lost 11 bitcoins from trading/altcoin/gambling, so my avg cost per BTC is like $800.

Not selling unless I profit.... which has never happened in my entire life

1. Soon major technology companies may announce Bitcoin mining divisions that can meet the demands of the markets.
2. Then I would guess closer to 10k, but of course it will correct between 3-6k (rule of thirds) before becoming publicly traded by licensed brokers on Wall Street.
3. Then it will grow at the rate of adoption and less on speculation.

This post makes no fucking sense in such a beatiful gradual fashion, it made me LOL so hard!
Does anything in this thread make sense? This thread is simply wild speculation. Was mine the only post that made you laugh? This thread is a troll firebase. Most of the posts I couldn't see, but I did find some trolls to add to my ignore list here.

I for one hope that there isn't any rally. I really hope it stays the same and give a chance to establish itself in global market.

Scenario 1: A malevolent, all-knowing, all-powerful force uses its diabolical influence to turn the markets against you whenever you make an investment in bitcoin. You have somehow raised the ire of the gods and they choose to punish you in this particular way.

Scenario 2: You're not comfortable investing when the market is down and you wait for an undeniable uptrend before investing, which happens just before the bold investors start to lock in their profits.

Hmmm, they seem equally plausible to me.  Grin

I honestly believe in Scenario 1, call me superstitious... but this superstition has never failed

I bought a lot more in the $300-$400 zone to cost average down... you can argue that at these prices, the market is down. So let's see if we even go back to 500-600 anytime next year
