Yesterday I received a permanent ban on there chat. This all because I said that a normal ADMIN when he have the best with his company will explain there customers why there are problems and how they going to solve this. Even said that BIG VERN will have a great Christmas. Few seconds later perm ban for the chat received.
This company don't accept any critic and people have to act happy with there service or they get banned. Such customer service never give any benefit, people start talking bad on forums and social media.
The only question I have is when is there a investigation from any government or something. Not sure who is watching suchs company and when BIG VERN will be arrested or something.

i feel like it is less of a question of if they should close, more like when. when i finally got an answer from their "support," they basically said my issue was my fault. in the time they took to write the snarky response, they couldve verified my missing deposit on the blockchain. they can keep the $40 or so in BTC, they have lost considerably more lately i think.

Does Cryptsy deserve to be open still if they got all their problems solved right now ?
I started this poll because i have seen users around the Altcoin scene saying
"I hope they get the problems fixed"
So i guess i am asking do you think they have screwed up too much and should shut down.
This is a valid question because i see a lot of guys are willing to give them chances endlessly.
And Cryptsy has had issues on & off all along but this last 3 month long bout of problems has been the worst.
