As Doge can be merge mined, you get better profits mining another coin in a pool that merge mines Doge like Coinking.io or ipominer.com

Don't waste your time or hashing power with dogepool.net, plagued with noting but problems.
Have yet to see a payout, been stuck on 491.935244 confirmed now for 3 days.
Too bad some people don't take the hint and shut down when they really should.

https://awesomehash.com - pure doge, great IRC community, admins actively engaged, fun giveaways, ridiculous bots, ddos protected [etc, etc] -- and 0 fee of course.

Hello, I'm a real beginner when it comes to mining. I'm just using some old overclocked gaming GPUs to mine.

The pool I've been using is dogepool.pw

I was interested in switching to doge poolerino, but every time I would run my miner I would get the stratum timeout over and over making it almost impossible for me to mine with any constancy. Is there a way to fix this to where I could mine on poolerino? It seems that the bigger the pool the more doge potential correct? Or should I just stick with what works?

Thank you.

You should try other stratums at poolerino.com

Did you try
doge.poolerino.com
doge-eu.poolerino.com
doge-us.poolerino.com
doge-asia.poolerino.com

Also dont forget your username.workername and your workerpassword.

Now the bad news about mupool.com. MuPool was my pool of choice for the last month and a half. Last week as most of us already know, DOGE blockchain has changed to ver. 1.6 and all of the pools had to update the protocol too. Guess what, MuPool.com missed that and me and my friends have been mining in vain for over a couple of days, now having the coins that will never get confirmed over the network.

We have contacted customer support via contact form and live chat - no answer, guys obviously know they screwed things up and neither want to confirm that nor address the issue.  I'm saying Bye to this pool and will advise all my fellow miners to do so as well!

I just switched to Doge.nut2pools.com also after seeing the last person mention it. they've had 24 blocks in 14 hours compared to poolerinos 3. There's an onsite chat on N2P also or you can conned with your own IRC. It's nice not having the dumb 140 limit Poolerino has.

Poolerino has cool miners but Mike doesn't seem to care about improving the site any. There's a reason there's such a huge gap between poolerino and N2P. You can look at the stats yourself.

Now, I'm relatively new to mining but have been reading for 2 months and put into action 1 month. Got a lot of info from a lot of great people on poolerino chats and other places. With that in mind I currently only have a macbook pro mining at 20kh/s. I did buy a Gridseed Dual miner though. (waiting a little to build two comps with 4 290x's. So the point of this is. it usually takes 30 to 40 minutes to get 4 Doge. I got 5 in 5 minutes on N2P....

N2P all the way.

Only 2 downfalls with n2p.
- 1 - 1.5% fee compared to poolerinos 0.
- 2 - Has difficulty accurately (or sometimes at all) monitoring my worker. This sucks because I'm not always at home all day and when I'm out I look to check up on how my miner is performing (and payouts) and it's hard to do with n2p as it doesn't register sometimes and somethings it says 140 (would be nice haha.) And yes I know it's an estimate based on shares submitted.

Well thank you for the input here.

1. N2P has more then 3 times the miners and hashrate, so no wonder you find blocks more often. Good thing is, when we find a block, its more coins to the fewer miners. So at the end, I bet it will be the same (without calculating luck on blocks here)
2. The amount of chars in our own build shoutbox is now 300 chars.
3. What about extra security, does N2P offer 2 fact auth ? Since we build that in, we got 0 (zero) hacked accounts with stolen coins as users tend to use same username + pw everywhere.

I have absolutely no problem with this kind of ideas for changes, plus I do care about them, I just have to hear them.
Only thing that makes me wonder is that you post more looks like a pure advertising for N2P and not what I like it to be.

Greetings, Mike

PS: We got a thread for all our pools, you could use that one for your input in making poolerino.com better. (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/poolerinocom-0-fee-nothing-less-information-and-qa-thread-496338)
