1) We got a own thread here, where you could have report such problem. (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anndoge-pool-running-0-fee-prop-pool-pooltestserverinode-open-for-all-365902)
2) The Email should be in your Spam folder BUT: We disabled the email confirmation process at all. so feel free to log in.
3) We got a support email - adress in the pool welcome text, did you use it ?

Well here it is, so many pools, which one is your favorite, runs stable, payout smooth and fast and so on.....
