only 1% chance that BNB will go bankrupt and 99% BNB will last forever, because BNB is the most popular altcoin right now after Ethereum, this is proven by BNB being ranked 4th (below Ethereum), so many people will support and invest in BNB, then of course it's very difficult for BNB go bankrupt.
From a trader or investor view no one love anyone coin thier mind are just attached with profit from selective coin, it's didn't make sense that BNB ranked 4th so it will not be bankrupt and trader will support as because of trust, mostly tradet just care about his fund they sell most of Thier coin in case of any bad news or negativity just like investor of big project like FTT investor does.
Some big crypto enthusiast and influencer warn people about Binance to move out Thier fund as because things are going same soon just like FTX....

If BNB is ranked 4th and below Ethereum then it should be Ethereum that must be th most popular altcoin right now because it is an altcoin as well.

so many people will support and invest in BNB, then of course it's very difficult for BNB go bankrupt, unless something happens with BNB like happened with LUNA, then of course BNB will crash and go bankrupt, but if BNB is still as popular and transparent as it is today, then BNB will continue to survive.
Not that many when news that has gone broke about Binance/CZ has came. That's even gonna make people worry about their investments and could sell back their BNBs and turn them into stable coins.

We'll never know then but CZ is setting the mood and telling everyone that those news are just made to create a FUD.

Today S.E.C. Accuses Binance of Mishandling Funds and Lying to Regulators. If Binance lose in this case then whole market gonna be drop drastically, I hope this doesn't get as bad as I imagine it to get.
I heard that if SEC was sending a request to the court for freezing binance US funds. I think that will be greatly affecting the market. The volume of binance US was not as big as the global binance but it's enough to give negative impact to the crypto market.

I hope that will never happen. it will be so bad for crypto.
Well, it's already affecting the market. I don't want to sound like I'm spreading FUD, but all coins have suffered, with BNB suffering the most. I haven't seen it at such a low price for a long time. On the one hand, I doubt that Binance and its coin are going to fail, but on the other hand, it's a little frustrating to see BNB's price dropping like a stone. However, I believe that the effects of the SEC suing Binance will be worse than the shutdown of the FTX exchange and may even last longer.

I had purchased some BNB for $300 a few weeks ago, and now I'm greatly suffering because I don't have any more budget left to purchase more. It looks like it could be a decent opportunity; we'll see how it turns out.

Even if the government stopped Binance from operating there will be nothing to be felt on the bitcoin network except for other cryptocurrencies which have been using their platform for their own money, promotional offers and many more on the exchange, i will also pity those that will be having their asset on them, because everythingay end as sooner as possible if they succeeded into victory over the exchange.

I have researched some developments about events in the past few days and also partly seen people's concerns about the future of binance, personally I find this to be a legal issue that is not really clear between the parties, the SEC intervention in this market over the years is not unique, and I personally see it as controlling the development of a large company in a new field and assign invisible relationships. With a small market share and current competition, those who don't like binance will try to find a way to bring it down, but it's not easy, once they get over these things, they'll be even worse off. become stronger.

Binance has already become big and powerful enough to be called a crypto giant. This company will not be easy to break even SEC. Yes, a massive outflow of crypto assets from this exchange has begun (which directly affected the course of btc, but only temporarily), but this incident is not of such a catastrophic level. In December last year, amid rumors about the insolvency of this company, users withdrew more money than they do now, and the Binance managed to cope with it then. I believe that this time this platform will also be able to solve all the problems, including with KYC.

If the Binance fails to do this for some reason (which I don't believe), then it will create such a problem for the entire crypto industry that the collapse of Mt.Gox will seem like easy fun.

if binance bankrupt BNB could crash to the bottom of the earth. the only thing makes BNB weak is Binance and Binance is centralized entity. centralized entity easy to destroy. maybe uniswap will stay with us. or other decentralized exchanger. but i hope binance can face this situation. they hold many coin included bitcoin. market cap will crash very hard if it happen

Trust me Binance will not lose in court with SEC, there is a lot of support to Binance like Justin Sun, from Tron, Coinbase and some famous names in crypto world,
if you worry and sell BNB then you can regret it, yes I know XRP case is same and make XRP is really hard to grow but this is Binance and CZ will try to win.

Honestly this question has become more relevant than ever, right now with the lawsuits.
I'd think that many that considered binance somewhat invisible has been encouraged to think twice in regards of that, i wonder what will happen if binance truly loses the lawsuit, will it be disastrous for the overall cryptocurrency in general.
but I think it just means that we should think retwice about our current portfolio, in mitigating the potential collapse.
moreover, the current condition of cryptocurrency in general still unclear whether there will be another waves of correction, right now it's slowly but sure recovering but what if the lawsuit unfolds further, i guess there will be waves of correction.

I don't exclude the possibility that there is a powerful FUD going on right now to force weak hands to discount their coins at low prices, before the surge forward. There is an atmosphere in the news, like the SEC is against all cryptocurrency. Such an industry can't just disappear at the beginning of its development, when the introduction of cryptocurrencies around the world continues every day. The fall of the crypto market is definitely beneficial to someone and now they will provoke an outflow of money from this space by any means. As always, ordinary investors will lose on this, while large capitals will get an opportunity to buy more at very low prices.

P.S. A link to the source should still be given when you take someone else's phrases into your text.  That's for future.

Only a week ago I said the following, looks like I was right Cheesy

I'd therefore be a lot more concerned about SEC lawsuits against Binance claiming that BNB is a security, which it could well be. The defence would obviously be that there is no guarantee of profit, only a guarantee of discounted trading fees (which also doesn't guarantee profit either), so it's likely they would be able to fight off any lawsuit.

What I didn't anticipate is a much broader lawsuit charging Binance exchange with various other securities law violations, as well as labelling 61 altcoins as securities that Binance provides trading pairs for. Ultimately this doesn't look good for BNB, nor Binance. The latter can no doubt survive, as they are a very profitable company, but it's possible BNB will seek to exist as a result of the current accusation.

since the FTX case I started to think the same, can Binance go bankrupt?,
and I have an answer when I see CZ speak up about cryptocurrency or Binance itself, and I really understand why Binance can be this great,
and yes the answer is CZ itself, I think if CZ was still the CEO of Binance then Binance would be fine, but if CZ had quit Binance maybe I'd put Binance on alert.

although everything can happen in cryptocurrency, but I really believe that BNB going bankrupt is very unlikely, because if BNB goes bankrupt, it will be bad news for cryptocurrency (investor confidence will decrease), because BNB has the biggest exchange in cryptocurrency (rank 1), so if BNB goes bankrupt there will be many cryptocurrency that will go bankrupt as well and investors who will invest in cryptocurrency will decrease.
BNB is one of the top coins no doubt so if one day goes bankrupt obviously it will have a tremendous impact,
even though that doesn't mean I'm sure one day it will go bankrupt,
it might take a tremendous crash to see BNB go bankrupt and I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen.
there has been many prevention that binance has done, they are even routinely disclosing their reserve in which gonna be make the public more trusting in their platform.
i'm sure with all these good intention binance will not gonna go bankrupt that easily.
after all binance is bigger than many might seem it is, quite literally binance has owned many local exchanges across countries and also binance has owned quite good share of known platform like CMC and also heavily invested into hundreds of project.
i'm afraid if they ever goes bankrupt the whole cryptocurrency market will be in more chaotic circumstance.

I don't think anyone knows what will happen exactly. Binance at least seems to be way more transparant about their assets and reservers, so them going bankrupt doesn't seem very likely.
As far as I know they are not like that before but they only came up with the idea after the collapse of several exchanges. That is for the people to gain confidence that the exchange still has enough funds to pay them.

It's a good thing but I think it doesn't prevent the incoming issues that an exchange might face. They still can be able to experience it and they can still fail, in case they fail to solve it. Once people see Binance funds are declining, they will pull them out and that will make Binance crash evenly. Once Binance collapsed, their coin BNB is also going to share the same faith. These possibilities might not happen today or tomorrow but better be prepared about it.

Forget about this thread , obviously the answer is NO and look how the thread runs and when it is started , from months of running Binance stays on how much the stable price while bitcoin is also steady for a while.
and also another thing is that Binance is one of the most strongest coins now in the market , and if we are not seeing how much the value of this coin , just check the Binance  https://p2p.binance.com/en/fiatOrderDetail?orderNo=20494589061568950272 and you will see how dependent this currency to the backed up site and that is the biggest exchange now.
