for BNB to go bankrupt, in my opinion, it will be difficult, because the popularity of BNB is already very high and there are several factors that make me sure if BNB will survive until whenever, that is
1. Binance exchange (BNB) has the highest trading volume and ranks 1st;
2. BNB has a blockchain that is widely used by projects and people for transactions;
3. BNB is in top 5 on coinmarketcap.

Yes, it is really hard to believe that they would really go bankrupt but we know that there would be no assurances that it would last forever until some new competitor would really kick in.
Possible reasons on which it could really be possibly that it would be replaced into its top spot.

1. Major exploits on BNB chain
2. Some exchange major issues
3. Regulation Issues
4. New and competitive other exchange

So far Binance is really that good on how they would be marketing out themselves on which they are really that able to retain their position or ranking
for how many years now and it doesnt seem that they would really be out of the game soon. As long CZ does maintain on what he's doing in terms of marketing
or market expansion then it might really took a long time for them to stay.
Indeed there is no guarantee that it will last forever but so far for me Binance is nothing to worry about,
CZ has also done a good thing and it is proven that until now Binance is still in the top ranking,
but this is crypto anything can happen and we'll see in the future what it will be like.

Like most people who voted in this poll, I think it's more FUD that BNB would crash because of delayed withdrawals or some form of bankruptcy. Compared to many other exchanges, they do seem relatively transparent with their holdings and 1:1 backing of assets. I'd therefore be a lot more concerned about SEC lawsuits against Binance claiming that BNB is a security, which it could well be. The defence would obviously be that there is no guarantee of profit, only a guarantee of discounted trading fees (which also doesn't guarantee profit either), so it's likely they would be able to fight off any lawsuit.

Either that, of some of the blatant manipulation of BNB price, such as around the time when Binance chain was launched. This could still land them in hot waters with SEC or other agencies.

Yeah, I think the possibility is there, that when the public actually losing trust they will take all asset and just dump BNB, though compared to what happened to FTX the scale of people that need to do such thing to make Binance go bankrupt is much much more. And CZ should have learn from FTX that some bad thing might happened, and he might already has some solutions for this problem if it actually happened in the future

I was not expecting Binance to declare bankruptcy like Bittrex and Hotbit.
Binance is still doing well so far, and I hope it will continue to do so. If Binance goes bankrupt, the crypto market will plummet dramatically, given that it is now the largest exchange in terms of trading volume and users in the world.

The only condition that can make BNB go down is when the Binance exchange is completely down itself, this is just as good as the case scenario of some coins as well in the past that went down along with their operational exchange, but base on what we can see for now, Binance is not taking anything for granted in ensuring taking a steady security measures over it network and website, not only that, it has built a global and international recognition beyond any reasonable doubt to believe anything of such could happen with them in the future, though all these doesn't make any difference from still maintaining being a centralized exchange and prone to cyber attack.

Not FUD, BNB is a dead end. If you want to make it look into regulatory compliant exchanges and coins like XLM and Q Blockchain.

Unfortunately the community don't seem to care about the different levels of fud thrown at binance. As one of the top most centralized exchange, it is not surprising to see haters.
Bnb looks more alive than the many shitcoins in the crypto space imo. What good are coins with zero utility but just on name only.
Plus xlm is a forgotten coin now, people are more interested in shitcoins like pepe, floki, shiba, doge... these are the real enemy not bnb. Grin

I never believe Binance will go bankrupt easily. BNB is the safest coin compared to other altcoins in the market and the liquidity of BNB and the liquidity of Binance are completely unrelated. It seems to me that Fuds is nothing more than just looking to sabotage Binance.  BNB economy will gain more reputation in the future as their exchange and the platform will remain strong according to the open. Currently we have noticed that Binance is one of the strongest coins in the market now, there is no one among the investors who has not invested in Binance.BNB is a strong coin and Binance is a strong platform so we can never expect that Binance will go bankrupt.

I don't think anyone knows what will happen exactly. Binance at least seems to be way more transparant about their assets and reservers, so them going bankrupt doesn't seem very likely.

I agree with you, especially now that the project from Binance is very popular and widely used (starting from the exchange and up to the blockchain), so it's very difficult for Binance to go bankrupt, because many people still support and invest in Binance for the long term, even I'm sure when If a bullrun occurs later, then the price of Binance will definitely increase very high and create a new ATH price, so the possibility for Binance to go bankrupt is very small or even never will happen.
Right we know ourselves how awesome Binance is so I don't see it going bankrupt,
unless there is a very severe destruction maybe it will bankrupt,
but again this is Binance which is not to be underestimated.

It is unlikely that Binance will just go bankrupt easily. It is not perfect but CZ and his team are working hard for the company to stay, develop and innovate. The good thing about Binance is its willingness to work with various governments. Binance unlike most exchanges is courting a lot of countries for it to operate under their own sets of regulations.

And there's also BSC which made Binance more valuable compared to the other exchanges. BSC remained a top choice for projects and users due to its cheaper fees and its growing community. Binance Labs also continues to provide support ideas and innovations in turning them into reality.

BNB bankruptcy is very unlikely.
what makes you think a compny worth hundred billions of dollars could just went bankrupt overnight, and the fact that they kept BNB closely and make some real events with it, just means this coin not gonna go anywhere.
though there are many rumours revolving around its BUSD in which binance has withdrawn their assets from there.

Binance is doing its job very well by opening new branches in different countries and thus protecting its business and expanding its brand awareness. Leaving one country will not affect the closure of the entire business. At the moment, I do not see a threat or strong serious competitors with the same strategy . So far, I see how other exchanges with a good reputation and history are closing. Freeing up more space for Binance.

I don't see how Binance will crash if Bitfinex was able to withstand Tether FUD all these years then I think Binance will come out better and stronger from these orchestrated attacks, I know some people in US Government are sympathizers to Sam and believe that CZ was the one that set fire on FTX and they are out there looking for blood. Reuter is the worst of them all, constantly FUDing Binance some of their articles are just a regurgitation of their past articles and this makes me believe it is an orchestrated attack against CZ and Binance. If Binance crashes today, can you tell me one exchange that can replace it, none so far.

the community answered and that is FUD, BNB will not going to affect Binance exchange in bad manner instead for me in good ways.
Binance today remains the largest player in the market and has many users even despite all the negative news that we can see lately.I see no reason for problems in the near future,as the exchange shows good results and still inspires confidence among many users.I'm still increasing my investment in bnb.
and continue to go above many coins , while it is only following ethereum(while USDT is not part of any competition) I guess that BNB will grow more than what those hatred expected.

I am still holding my BNB and will continue to keep till the price satisfies me.

Your trust in Binance is greatly appreciated, because it must be admitted that Binance is still the best in my opinion so far. the news about binance is that it can happen because of excessive sentiment, expecting binance to not be as strong and good as it has been so far. remember in a situation like this there will always be competition that could have good intentions or someone who really wants to bring it down. It's normal and everything can happen to anyone, especially Binance, which has a very good reputation.
there is no reliable news yet about anything happening to binance, even at the beginning of this year binance was in the news, because it was in the best category.
