When an exchange is shut down by authorities (in this case SEC), is the exchange not committed to let the user payout their coin balances?

I guess you will only lose if the exchange has some financial problems.

it could that someone lose ton of money and they suing them. i'm 100% sure if SEC or law enforcement to look into this they will going to find ton of flaws and illegal activities, it don't even need to go to trial. a few words, defraud, market manipulation or even money laundering

with all these accusations and practice i strongly believe the SEC or law enforcement will probably look into them soon. IRS love this kind of money activities. so don't left much coins in there.
