Not an this moment. We have very limited dev. resources, so we concentrate on most popular coins traded on Poloniex.

I just noticed I was looking at LiteCoin stats, ETH top miner has 108GH. That would multiply my calculation by ~16,5, so we are talking about one person operating 4320 GPUs or a total rig cost of 1,234,285€ (ONE and a quarter MILLION). This can't be real. What am I missing here? Did I get wrong information when I read ETH can not be mined by ASICs?

Say hi to Nicehash Wink

At 6.5GH with an expected 25MH from 1 RX570 that would mean one person runs 260(!) of those cards, or pays someone else to let them run this amount of GPUs.
With a max of 7 cards per rig that's around 2000€ for each setup, needing 1200W each. So that is more than 37 complete rigs for a total of ~75000€ using more than 44.5kW/h of electricity.
All from one user? This can't be real, can it? Please enlighten me, someone! (Just curious... Wink )

It is real. And 6GH is quite average operation Wink

Browsing around the site and looking at the statistics I saw people contributing 6+GH in the top miners list. From what I've read ETH cannot be mined with ASICs, so how can a single account get such a high hash rate? What am I missing here? Cheesy

They are renting hashrate for example from Nicehash or using their own mining farms.

The last found block on ETH 8 hours ago Huh
What happened?

Yesterday morning we had some issues with process responsible for rewards calculations. It just stopped for few hours.
That issue has been fixed yesterday.
User's balances were not affected.

Soooo... I started out with cryptocurrencies a few weeks ago (yeah I know I am late to the party) and learned about ETH recently.
I set up an ETH miner on a RX480 out of curiosity (before thinking about getting a rig only for mining) and registered to coinotron, but I am not sure if everything is working right. I let the miner run over the night but I don't see any changes on my coinotron account. I selected PPS for the worker because it sounded best from the brief explanation I did find.
I am using latest Genoil's ethminer with stratum proxy and getting these messages in the console all the time (which I believe is good):
Code:
INFO proxy client_service.handle_event # New job for hexHeaderHash , clean_jobs=True

So when and where on the coinotron website should I expect to see some changes (=income)?

Regards

Please don't use stratum proxy. Genoil's miner natively supports Stratum.
ethminer -G -S coinotron.com:3344 -O username.workername:workerpassword

what are you doing with FTC pool? My miner is running well as usual, it reports accepted shares but there is zero hashrate in 12hour graph for last 4 hours. switching to other pool until the solution.

Can not login to Coinotron at all today. Is it under DDOS?

Not a DDOS, just webserver issue. Site is up and running.
