I couldn't find any way to initiate a support ticket but found this thread.
I've entered my ETH payout address and used the email link to unlock but ETH payouts are still showing as locked. Also my miner is showing under workers but not on my dashboard.
I'd appreciate it if you could take a look.

When ETH payments will resumed?
As soon as our payout wallet is in sync with network. ( few hours )
wd etc is already running but not up to my wallet in poloniex, what's the problem ?

it still behaving wonky
plenty of ETH miner error messages:
"No new jobs were received for 10 mins , something wrong with pool "
watchdog then reconnecting , runs a while then same error etc.

Today we had some unexpected issues during ETH hard fork. Our wallet didn't want to sync.
Right now issue seems to be fixed. Pool is up and running.
I'm very sorry for all inconveniences caused.

I show mining but the web site does not show me mining. I tried restarting to see if that was the issue but it is not. Since this problem started it seems my miner is also hanging waiting for a response from your pool but does not appear to be getting it.
