There is not a recent bootstrap available. That is one of the major reason we launched the new chain because the chain took so long to sync.

If you had synced it that far with the old wallet v7.1, you will have to resync the wallet using v8.1

Just let me know if you have any more questions

What limits do you mean?

We are going to set limits to how many posts you can make per hour, and limit the POP Points that users get if they don't login for the day.

If users don't login and do basic participation they wont receive the 1000 Points.

Also we are going to implement some things to fully verify accounts.
