The real question here is, "Are humans really over populated", for me i dont think so, in fact, we are not, There are enormous land that can take the current populations of humans humans more than a thousand times over ...

Population is a count of the number of residents within a political or geographical boundary such as a town, a nation or the world.
There are many ways through which population grows, some are; early marriage, ignorance of the implications of population,
Population growth can be controlled by: late marriage, family planning, epidemic and disease outburst, imposing high rate on immigrants

a population is all the organisms of the same group or species, which live in a particular geographical area, and have the capability of interbreeding.

Population is the total number of people living in a particular location or geographical area at a particular period of time.

First of all, the population of teenagers engaging to sexual activities should lessen first. It should start from the parents. The parents themselves should warn their children so they would be aware of what they are doing.

Second, school should do their role. Being the second home of kids, they should at least know how to control every children in their premises. Be strict if needed and punish whatever mistake the children has committed in the right level.

Third, the community. Teenagers should be aware of what is happening in the society, become active with physical activities in town to stop themselves from doing what they shouldn't be doing. Socialize more and be open to the community.

Fourth, the media. They should ALWAYS make sure that what they are publishing is just right to their viewers.

I think overpopulation does not exist

1. Promote transmigration program
2. Equitable employment
3. Suppress population growth with the Family Planning program
4. Make laws that set minimum marriage age
5. Limiting child support for civil servants
6. Imposing high rates for immigrants
7. Disseminate population education to various levels of education
8. Facilitate and improve services in the field of education

In order to reduce the adverse impacts of overpopulation, mitigation measures, such as spreading awareness and education about overpopulation, enacting birth control measures and regulations, and providing universal access to birth control devices and family planning,

Well, family planning would be the best option. 2 kids per family would be a good number. Anyway, nature's has its way to do that.

It is necessary to have limit in making children, as the world is already over-populated. Everyone should be permitted to have one child, and anyone having more than that should be fined. It will prevent the slum-dwellers having dozens of children each.

Making people understand what is the causes of over population we can control over population. Govt. should also look forward to it. 

Give limit in making babies. I think this is the best thing to do by every body. It will help a lot to resolve the overpopulation problem.

We should limit it because If human population keeps increasing, more people can be born. Water, food and other natural resources will be harder to get because there are more people. If we don't limmit the population people might starve because more people will need more food and other resources. There might be a fight for food, water, space, clothing and some other things.

In the best solution to overpopulation, the government needs to practise family planning.

Family planning is a very good way to control the population in the long run.

To my own point of view, overpopulation can be solved by implementing a that, before you gave birth to anyone your financial status must be okay in the sense that there must be a limited resources to cater for the needs of the child.

Well i don't belive in overpopulation becasue in my contry the child birth level is very low, the over population i belive it is related to the surface of a contry not of the Planet. But still, a solution is education because if we look around the overpopulated areas usually are the areas without schools and with poverty.

We just should start making more space for new generation to avoid effect of overpopulation. Many people just want to live in big cities because of comfort so we should make whole world comfortable.

People don't have to day anything about it, in the end it solves itself.

What I see here is that parents who do not learn the consequences of having many children are the hardest time in the future. There are also many government programs to familiarize family planning with each family. The problem with many poor families is to do the best thing first and not to think about the consequences of this in the future. I can not see Good idea now to control the Population in this world.In the future overpopulation will be a major problem of all the countries because mostly countries are not taking interest in that problem. While the countries who have already face this problem also need to provide proper solution like to educate the people about overpopulation problem and their results.Overpopulation where the number of existing human population exceeds the carrying capacity of Earth. Overpopulation is caused by number of factors. Reduced mortality rate, better medical facilities, depletion of precious resources are few of the causes which results in overpopulation. It is possible for a sparsely populated area to become densely populated if it is not able to sustain life. Growing advances in technology with each coming year has affected humanity in many ways. One of these has been the ability to save lives and create better medical treatment for all. A direct result of this has been increased lifespan and the growth of the population. In the past fifty or so years, the growth of population has boomed and has turned into overpopulation. In the history of our species, the birth and death rate have always been able to balance each and maintain a population growth rate that is sustainable.
Solution Overpopulation
One of the first measures is to implement policies reflecting social change. Educating the masses helps them understand the need to have one or two children at the most. As population of this world is growing at a rapid pace, raising awareness among people regarding family planning and letting them know about serious after effects of overpopulation can help curb population growth. Government of various countries might have to come with various policies related to tax exemptions to curb overpopulation. Imparting sex education to young kids at elementary level should be must.
