New PM limits (and whitelist)

@PrimeNumber7 is fine but OP is on the top of whitelisting. If others are at lower ranks and lower activities, one trouble is one account is only allowed to whitelist one time in account lifespan. You can not ask for re-whitelisting.

The problem of OP can occur if use bot to report or if OP click open too many pages in short time.

Getting whitelisted from theymos, If I'm not mistaken Iasenko was whitelisted like that while he was a full member, but for him the delay was longer, 4 seconds might not be much you can deal with it, 60 would be annoying with the amount of spam we're getting in some topics..

Is there a documentation or post from theymos or anyone that this is the case? The last post regarding the limits or reporting I've seen is only 4 sec. from welsh.

I guess you should give yourself a break when reporting multiple posts.

What I did, is clicking report button in new multiple tabs and only click submit button after the other tab finished reloading.

As for the bots, I guess 0/1-2 seconds POST submission to server will be flag as spamming.

But are you talking about reporting posts of the same user? If I see they are bots/spammers and their post history is crap I just report one and tell moderator to look at their post history. Whenever I've checked afterwards, they've nuked them.

According to this post the smallest limit to actions (such as posts and reports) is 4 seconds.

While reporting some spammers today, I ran into some limits as to my activity. Specifically, I was unable to report posts more frequently than once every 4 seconds.

Is there anything I can do to have these limits increased?
