maybe the developer must consider changing the token price from btc or eth based, to be based on a currency like usd. but if ico is postponed, I think the developer must focus more on launching MVP first, to attract the interest and trust of investors.

There is truth in the statement and the project managers really seemed to be focused towards success.
But it doesn't mean they don't have any other options. There are many ways for minimizing the volatility when going with and crypto based ICO.
In real the team was not ready at all for the fundraising.

So what do you guys think about this? Recently I decide to invest in ICO because I like the project. And the CEO of that project say thing like this
"Taking into consideration our long-term vision and responsibility towards our early investors and supporters we have decided to postpone the ITO until the market conditions will be more favorable and we will have more to present in terms of real value. Currently, the competition on the crypto market is fierce and it takes a  lot of time, efforts, and money to run a global scale token sale, so instead of burning funds we will keep focusing on platform development, building the community of talents and keep preparing fundamentals."
Do you guys thinks it really necessary to postponed the ICO ? cause we will never know when the market condition will be more "favorable" it can take 2 months even 2 years, right?
