Exactly one year has passed since the lauch of powtoken and the team has still not been able to transform their numbers in a database into ERC tokens. Goive up all your hopes, you fools.

really looking forward to this coin doing well. I got my airdrop share yesterday.

Seem very organised so far hope sky is the limit.
Unfortunately I was not with you at that time, if only at that time I was with you there might have been a time when I could make a profit.
The rest of the way the Etehreum works is easy to understand by many people and I love it.

Since POW was first launched here on Bitcointalk I think it would benefit the community growth if they would regularly post updates here as well.

I second that.

How can i transfer my pow token from the site to exchange

nice question, on site there are these faq:

Not yet. But our plan is to build a 'bridge' between POW 'lite' and POW ERC20 by Feb 2018. This bridge will allow you to transfer your POW 'lite' onto the Ethereum Blockchain where it will becom POW ERC20. You will then be free to sell your POW ERC20 for cash. So, in the long term, the answer to your question is yes.

Anyway in such case the coin could have a revival now seems no more then 150$ are traded in a day.

The bridge was announced fro December and then postponed to February. NOW we are in February, if they will postpone it again we can conclude that they don't really know what they can do and what they cannot do, which is not very encouraging for the success of any project.

Hi, The bridge is on target for the end of February which as explained was the time the delay was until, the tests are going great and test transactions running smoothly and of course of huge importance securely. Community growing well also, over 310,000 claims now, which of course adds massive value to any crypto currency. So spread the news, get your referrals in as amount claimed everyday is dropping, thanks!

Thanks, that's a good news, if the roadmap will be respected. I a surprised on how the hype about this project has evaporated meanwhile... this thread is basically hybernated.

A lot of places where there is a lot of discussion, apologies mostly updates posted here on this forum, FB, Twitter, telegram, reddit etc active communities, thanks

It was said to be February the bridge will be finished but still we have no more info yet until now. But to be among the first who received billions of tokens must feel great! I hope it will have a really good functionality later on. The idea is good enough to get attention and I expect the team could really deliver it

will that bridge ever exist?

They posted a few videos of the bridge tested on the testnet over a month ago, but after that there was no updates on the current situation of the development.

Hopefully they will hurry up, because I got 200k of the POW lite tokens.  Tongue

16th and still no bridge.

There's no use having a project if you've basically pissed away every ounce of confidence people had in your project with these delays and empty promises.

That's true. If you are not able to keep your promises it is a wise attitude not to make them. Failing to deliver every time at the dates you promise just shows people that you have no clear idea of what you are doing and that you have a very wrong perception of your own capabilities, which clearly is very bad for any project.

we are so close ... As we talk about elswhere in these FAQs, the plan is to create a bridge between the POW'lite' world and the POW ERC20 world, by Feb 2018.
Yes it could be a nice way to link in a real world adoption, and of course they have a strong user basis in South Asia and in some European Countries.
Price it's really cheaper, around 80% down from the maximum but if they create these bridge, a lot of people could sell their token for a cheap price, and a lot of tokens already distributed will not redeemed by no one, just because they haven't any information about decentralized exchange.
Let's see maybe this is another bargain coin like Nano (ex raiblocks Smiley )

This is in every sense of the word a shitcoin so far. The only difference between other shitcoins and this is that this is not even a coin yet, just some points collected on a website. I doubt it that they'd ever be on the ethereum network. Despite how easy it is these days to implement a new token there.
Anyone know who are the developers behind this? Was it even wise to type that question in plural form?

Technically in this moment this coin is just a record in a database. However, as far as I know in a few days the "bridge" for converting this not-yet-coin into a fully legit ERC-20 token should go live. THEN it may start to become really interesting, because of the very huge adoption base.

Bridge Update

All Dev's working hard, aiming for 28th Feb launch of 'The Bridge'. We may miss it by a few days as we need to make sure is 'bullet proof'. Next step is Rinkeby network test.
Proposed Limits:
Combined (all users): 1bn POW/day;
Individual: 1m POW/day.

On issue of limits. Primarily, security is the concern. The Bridge smart contract holding the "float" for daily transfer from POWtoken to Ethereum network represents max loss in event of "hack". In this worstcase 1bn POW loss would not be lethal.

Suggest you go read the white paper, FAQs and the website, I won't even attempt to answer your post, but once you do that you'll realize you have to look further than the end of your nose to find answers, and the info is out there, thanks!

This "bridge" was announced for December 2017 and then it slided to February 2018 - which is now. Any news about this becoming actually real?

EDIT: I have just read that it should happen at the end of February.
