Good pool, 2.5% is fair, I don't see why people are complaining. If you make $100, you lose $2.50, it pays for the service.

Why is the fee so high? PPS or PPLNS?
The fee is for server costs and maintenance but we will be lowering it soon.

While it is true that our fees are higher than some other pools, we more than compensate for it with our nearly 100% uptime, complete lack of orphaned/rejected blocks, and excellent support staff.
We recently experienced a very large DDOS attack on our website which resulted in the downtime you all experienced. Everything is fixed now and we have updated our website to be incredibly resilient to DDOS attacks.
