What do you think about popularity of the bounty campaigns? I see many new participants joining bounty campaigns, especially Twitter and Facebook. With more and more new participants, we will earn less and less rewards. Maybe better make for bounty also KYC?
Hi, in bounty campain we do not gift tokens, we pay for a high quality receivables (translation, management, posts, media activities, etc) and I think those who will work hard will receive good bonus for that. The more people participate the better result could be, the wider information about the Payportal gets reached. We give equal conditions to everyone who is good performer. I dont think KYC here is necessary.

In Ethereum, it is possible for a failed transaction to get on to the chain with a receipt status of failed.Will team than give us tokens?

Although one day and few hours for Pre-ICO to begin to this is not for small investors having minimum limit of transaction of 100 Ethereum. I hope team will quickly reach at its target of selling the tokens for current round and then small investors will see their chance to become part of project later. Extra bonus is for big investors to put hands on big piece of pie.
Thanks! Yes, sure we discussed the minimum limit with our advisors and we are planning to attract big investors who believe in to the project and not just playing in buy/sale game. Traditional promo marketing campaigns are run on platforms that store data and run their service on centralized servers that are fully controlled by the company. This allows data to be manipulated or deleted. Will you promote your self on some platforms?
