Hi, I love slots and I play slots whenever I have a chance to but as much as I love playing slots I don't really earn much in them. Nostly the good games are not available in my region and it really sucks. Can someone explain why they don't give access to games with great payout to people from other regions? I find it quite unfair.

You are probably trying some fiat based casinos to play slot games. Because as far as I am aware, crypto based casinos do not have geographical restrictions. So you may try some crypto based casinos to have wider choice of games and entertainment.  But if you really want to make money, try sports betting. If you just want to spend some leisure time, then try slots and other similar games. These are not made for making money, rather just pure entertainment and some adrenaline rush!

There are thousands of slots so many that you can even add using slots that are original and exclusive to some casinos, so there is so much to choose from that it is a tantrum to think that the best ones are not available in your region.

Play what is available, it is that simple sometimes the most popular or the most famous ones have nothing to do with your luck of winning or losing, in short, it is a slot just have fun.

I asked in one of the casino I am playing if it's okay to play using VPN but yea, they said not to but they never mentioned being banned.
The better way to deal with this issue is to directly contact Pragmatic Play IMO. They don't apply restrictions to any particular country, according to their terms of use.
https://www.pragmaticplay.com/en/terms-of-use/

So if they are banning some countries in reality they should specify it in their T&C or at least somewhere on their website.

According to the article of just_Alice above most of serious and professional casinos, stipulate in their T&C which games or games providers are restricted in which countries. But unfortunately many casinos are not so serious and don't mention it anywhere.  Undecided

"Country restrictions"!

So I live in Serbia and I can't play a few providers! An interesting thing that Play'n'Go, NoLimit, NetEnt, and Relax providers are available for me in some casinos, while I can't play the same providers in another casino! Another license? Or it's something else I don't know... I never bothered to find out more, and I never asked any casino support about it!
With Pragmatic is different! I can't play Pragmatic in any casino!

Luckily we have a VPN around... so it's how I skip these "country restrictions" and enjoy Pragmatic slots!

I think this is related to where you are located and residing at the moment. Most of them are probably limiting your access because they are not technically allowed to let you play. Just like what panjul07 said, you can try VPN but it's dependent on the casino's rules as well if it's okay. You have to be careful, I have seen people getting banned because of that, IIRC.

It's really risky to use VPN especially to gambling sites. You can take risk and play with VPN but my suggestion if the game is not allowed then accept it otherwise if you insist on playing it might give you problem at some time so please be careful in using VPN just like crwth some people gets banned for using VPN and of course the money was confiscated.

It's just a coincidence those games were actually banned because of your country, maybe try to look for a gambling site which allows you to use VPN and look at their website if the slot games you were looking for is listed and just use VPN but make sure to ask first or read their terms and conditions since if they find out that you are using VPN they might close your account and confiscate your fund.

Perhaps, you can use VPN to visit that casino to playing slots or you can search for the other casino which allows for your country. I think that is related to the regulations from your government and your ISP because if the government receives a report from people that site is about playing gambling while in your country, gambling is prohibited, the government can ask the ISP to block or even ban that site.

I think that is because people in the prohibited country will not be their potential members, so the casino will not give a great payout to that people.

I also like to play slots and it is a really fun game I give access to everything in my area. If pragmatic play slots are not available in your area you can play using a VPN decorated halls To achieve maximum reality the best clubs offer to play in a specially furnished room it perfectly matches the ground casino gaming room as a rule, an entire office is allocated for this or they create a hall of truth like a real casino.

Unfortunately, it's up to the legislators in your country to decide that. It's not really up to pragmatic play, they're simply complying with the rules that politicians set out.

If you really want to play and you are willing to take a chance, then use a VPN.

But, don't do this if the casino you play on has a track record of blocking accounts/suspending withdrawals for accounts that use VPNs. But I personally find that sites like Roobet generally work just fine under a VPN/proxy.

Just like what the other's said, Op, you need a VPN in order to play to your favorite gambling sites. It's quite often they were always available in your country but I believe most of the time because it's probably due to your country's rules and regulations.

A good VPN is enough to bypass almost everything if it is not available in your country. Although, using a VPN might get you ban someday due to the changes of IP everyday or oftentimes you should know how to manage a permanent IP so that they won't detect sudden changes of your country but it's quite risky in my opinion so I think you should do some research first.

This happened to me as well. All new games that come out arent available at all for my region this happened when i played on roobet and stake .
Then i had to wait a few months so that those games are available for me. You have to use VPN to tryout the new slots

Why unfair? The 3rd party Slot providers apply region restrictions because some countries do not allow online gambling and if people are allowed to play their games from those regions, then they too would be in trouble.  Roll Eyes

Some people from legal countries go on holiday into countries where those games are restricted and they still access the games with a VPN, by changing their location to their home town.  Wink

Oh, there's a whole lot of reasons why certain slots (or whole providers) aren't available.
For one, I can say that this is decided by the companies responsible for the creation and distribution of slots, they impose restrictions, not the casino website itself (and in no way the country of your residence).

You can read more about some of the reasons here: https://casino-howto.com/blog/why-some-online-slots-are-not-available-in-some-countries/

Which games are you talking about? All casino games have an edge over you. You won't have an advantage in any game in the long-term which is why your statement about high payouts doesn't make a lot of sense here.

Also, slots usually have a higher house edge when compared to other traditional casino games. If the games that you are interested in aren't available in your region, try similar games from the same provider or other providers.

Don't blindly depend on VPNs to try and play the games since you could get banned as some of the posters above suggested.

Coming up to the suggestion of using VPN, better to ask the support of the casino where he play first.
There are some sites that allows user to use VPN to bypass the restriction of the provider but not the bypass the restriction of the casino.
But indeed, even if you have asked for support so that this provision can be carried out in certain areas, I think this is difficult and how is it according to your regulations and the only way is with a VPN, but the risk still has to be faced if something happens or problems in the future .

Sometimes I pass (Pragmatic Play) which is not available in my area even though the slot always gives big wins, it is possible that I always think about the risk and don't want it to happen.

thanks for clearing that up. doesn't really play slot games nor really have much idea of what are the names of casino game providers. I assumed pragmatic was a casino. my bad.

so I believe it should be related to the restriction by the provider.
yeah, but the restriction the provider has placed still has something to do with the countries rules and regulations and the license they have, or is it completely different from that? I always assumed that the reason why some providers prohibit some countries to play their games is because of the license they have and the regulation the country has on gambling may it be a gambling platform or a gambling game provider.

When you are talking about online casinos , you can still find a variety of them. If I see correctly your country is allowing gambling therefore I do feel that you might have to either:
1. Explore more
2. look for an overseas casinos which are actually accepting people from your country without VPN
By the way which country you are talking about ?? It could help other people from the same area to help you with the question.
Plus for my country it's super strict too. At least you are allowed slots! It all depends upon the place you been born but they won't stop you if you choose to travel to Vegas one day .
I would definitely advice you to check out more online casinos, read the full rules and regulations and then find something which is profitable. If you can't then you might just have to wait.

it's probably due to your country's rules and regulations(or something like that) on offshore gambling sites. there's nothing really you can do about it other than finding a website that allows the citizen of your country to play on their platform and also has a slot game with a great payout. you can use a VPN in order to access the website and play but I wouldn't recommend it since it could lead to you losing your funds if the gambling platform doesn't allow it and if they found out that you are using it. using VPN has been one of the reasons why a lot of gamblers have lost their funds and their account getting banned so it is very risky using it.

I'm quite sure it is not because of his country's rules or regulation.
He is talking about a specific provider (Pragmatic Play), not a casino so I believe it should be related to the restriction by the provider.
