With this I would not agree. Early miners should be rewarded for their support coin. When the price goes up there then are at prey all the hyenas and other predators. And so they should be punished and the early adopters should be rewarded. Have you ever heard the saying "It's easy to get to done"?

That would be wonderful indeed. However, altering an existing algorithm is not that bad either.
Any of these 2 options would also give more trust in the dev (since it's harder than just clone an existing coin).
Fully to please all crypto maniacs is not real. Let me remind you DRK-DASH the first two months was only CPU mineable coin. I think as an option you can split production into stages.For example, the first three months of mining with only the CPU with a large amount of RAM.Further, the change of algorithm for the GPU.You can alternate every three months .

You said CPU mining with new algo. This algo already has GPU miners. GPU Farms will rule this coin.

Most CPU only last 3-6 months before GPU is released by someone.
Since Zcash uses memory as part of mining hash, ASIC does not seem possible anytime soon as hashing depends on amount of RAM available.
Is there a pre-ann for the launch?

This sounds strange to me. This means that more miners will make the coin cheaper instead of giving it value.
You may want to think more on this coin, if you want it succeed. No wonder people just come to say bad words.

Their is no need to release unfinished code overnight, not in a hurry as I am a full time professional C/C++ programmer.
This is a volunteer project, as it kicks start will expect many more senior members will jump on board.
