Since Zcash uses memory as part of mining hash, ASIC does not seem possible anytime soon as hashing depends on amount of RAM available.
Then it might be better to take the algorithm of Bitsend (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1370307.980) or Zero (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-zero-fork-of-zcash-with-harder-mining-params-1796036) because their mining requires even 8 Gb GPU RAM per graphic cards. Also, the system itself requires a lot of RAM. Zero has a strong low power consumption (750 - 800 W measured in the wall with 6 x RX480, and have not yet undervolted). Also, not there is a big miners who would be raped or killed this coin in very beginning (due to the requirements for many RAM memory and graphic RAM memory).

No it is not, allow some time.
Will release beta code for review & input by users. Next once we a have stable code, will set a launch date/time.
Everyone will have equal chance of mining from block #1.
I won't benefit or anyone connected unless mining, so it will be most fair coin.

Seems to have disappeared. I was more concerned that your first and only plan was to list on exchanges that not even established coins with a vast community cant even get on, paying or not, speaking from experience. Hacking associated or not your plan is still unrealistic.
