but i still don't see how a 10% ICO,
followed by giving away 89% (with 25% of that going to dev fund) will expect to maintain price.
although i expect ICO participants will naturally earn more in regular payouts?

All of those staff are petty tough to achieve! I mean the fuel you will needed for implemention.
Don't know how much people already working with the project? Anyway if you did able handle all of those part for a certain period of time, good outcome will be visible!

The speed and quality will depend on the ICO but this project will move ahead regardless.

I dont know what that means, but its not about gaming. They might develop a plugin for play station that integrates the power of smart contracts into console's chipset, but that tech is purely experimental and is still in its infancy.
