Can i say when you mine a pow coin you are also giving something (hash) in return for coins? is that a scam? ipos done right can be very fruitful for the investors

I understand your concern. This is not an "IPO" because there are no shares being offered in a company, nor voting rights or dividends. This is a simple presale of coins as a method of initial distribution. Acquiring virtual currency tokens always requires expending of resources (money), whether through the expense of mining or by buying the directly on an exchange. A presale gives non-miners a fair shot at acquiring coins and helps to establish a base value.

Interesting concept..I m just wondering how will you protect IPO investors because the last two ipos I joined that were mixed ipo, mining coins I lost literally all my investment because miners just tend to dump cheap. Last Ipo I lost 98% of my investment because of the mining cheap dump. I just want clarification on this before I make a decision.

..Also I like to promote coins on my blog..The coin distribution has been engineered so that initially most of the coins available will only be from ICO participants. Coins generated through mining wont have a significant impact for several months. This means ICO holders will be the main source of coin distribution in the early months.
The presale will also set the market price.

The idea here is to allow non miners a chance at initial coin distribution and the initial 0 blocks are to prevent instamining and give everyone a fair shot at getting their wallets and pools configured.
