Yes, blockchain.info shows a timestamp before the close of the IPO. To the best of our knowledge, both the Bitcoin-Qt wallet and blockchain.info timestamp transactions according to when they receive them. Thus, they may not agree!
Our IPO guidelines state that "Investments must be received before 00:00 UTC March 3rd, 2014."
