For 500 BTC you should tried harder. No Algo and PoW for 100% premined coin. I don't think that this will succeed... Best of luck tho.

The coin was mined using x15 for the ICO. After launch, it will run on purely PoS with 3% interest. We should have made that more clear!

EDIT: Also 60 second block time is more or less irrelevant with POS...

NooCoin is to be launched as an ICO, therefore the coins have technically already been created and are ready to transfer to an exchange
NooCoin will be purely PoS with 3% interest.
