If you look at the reason, it's because "New account + IPO. These have traditionally been scams, so caveat emptor."
Someone is just jumping to conclusions here, no proof at all.

A lot of investors are noob account
Proper noob account with one or two post...
Meh, it's only a 10btc offering and he does have an open source profile, although it isn't a strong profile. He has experience with another coin so we at least know he has the ability to execute the plan. This is more than we can say for the other scammers who probably had no profile at all. IMO, the probability of a scam is lower than the others.
I don't mind giving someone a chance who seems to be interested in succeeding. I worry more about someone who gives up the first time.
