Will there be any restrictions when registering on your platform?
Will there be any restrictions when registering on your platform?That's interesting question.
How the borrowers will be selected?
Most likely it will be automated and the computer will select clients according to the entered criteria. It would be interesting to know what are the criteria?
I've also read in the WP, that they have two stages of selection.
First one is by platform and second one is by Tokenlend team.
That's nice, such approach shows us the high quality of this project!
So there will be no low-quality loans

Borrowers will be selected depending on their personal background and quality of their real estate asset which would serve as collateral.

Yes, all unsold tokens will be burnt (acutally it is quite usual for all ICOs)
That’s good, tokens will be more valuable

The team is experienced, but they are all from East Europe.
Ideally, people from different continents are needed, we live in the age of globalisation after all.

they are going to develop gradually and start with Latvia, Estonia, respectively, and the advisors are needed from these countries, not from Australia. Yes, we do have local guys. Local "Crocodile Dundees"
