What interest rates will you have? I think they should be profitable for investors, though it won’t serve the interests of the borrower.

What problems does blockchain solve in P2P real estate lending market? Or the reason of your ICO is just hype around blockchain?
Of course blokchain can not enforce loan repayments, but blockchain technology can make internal records more transparent and and reliable and therefore eliminate many human related errors and mistakes.
Blockchain reduces operational costs, which is an important factor in lending. Also it helps to secure participants of the process more efficiently. One more advantage is that transactions around the world of any scale with almost zero fees! Impossible without this technology!

I was watching Atlant for some time. Also heard about realisto.. Of course there are more, but i remember only these two

Services, that you are pointed to the example are incorrect. Cause they don't take collaterals for loans.
So it's more more risky, and sometimes it could be just MMM..

As i understood from the thread, firstly you are going to provide your service in West Europe, but is market there huge enough? Does it really suit your ambitions?
Latvia is 3rd in a whole Europe with 110.7mln euros, that's impressive! Only France and Germany have bigger volumes
I also heard, that Latvian's market was the fastest growing one for some time. Don't know if that's true nowadays
