All of the "sources" of the TIME magazine article are ANONYMOUS, but I wouldn't have written to say this. What's important is that in its FAKE NEWS manner, TIME coincides with my belief, previously expressed, that China, Russia and other world powers would try to back Venezuela and its Petro initiative. That tends to strengthen the Petro and THAT'S WHY I WILL BUY EL PETRO.

The piece tells nothing that wasn't already known. And it doesn't even try to describe the nature of the Russian involvement, because Times and CNN know nothing that you cannot easily find on the web.
But the tone of the article is pure FUD (obviously). The use of the word "regime" for example is the normal US propaganda bullshit people are fed by 24/7. Call it journalism.

The level of the CNN and Times is pathetic, but it's also not a new at all. The technological and military cooperation with Russia has been strong for many years now.

The level of the CNN and Times is pathetic, but it's also not a new at all. The technological and military cooperation with Russia has been strong for many years now.

Not sure why but I keep receiving this message when I try to run the PetroWallet file "This app can't run on your PC". I currently have Windows 10 installed on my PC.
I'm on a Mac, so i wouldn't know. But have you tried the "universal app"? I suppose that's for Windows?
if your PC is 32bits or you're having problems, try with the "Universal Client".

Its for an entire country so I would expect its the largest size ever. Success is really measured over the long term but maybe the launch was really the main concern here.

Not sure why but I keep receiving this message when I try to run the PetroWallet file "This app can't run on your PC". I currently have Windows 10 installed on my PC.
Try using a different browser to download the file, might help. In some cases crypto related executables run into problems with anti malware measures. Also right click on the file and select run as admin, its possible you lack the permissions to continue otherwise. Windows 10 comes in a variety of versions, if you can narrow down which type that would help. I did try one version of windows which blocks anything not available through the windows store which is quite an extreme security measure I guess.
