Not sure why but I keep receiving this message when I try to run the PetroWallet file "This app can't run on your PC". I currently have Windows 10 installed on my PC.
I'm on a Mac, so i wouldn't know. But have you tried the "universal app"? I suppose that's for Windows?

Go here http://www.elpetro.gob.ve/ and scroll down down down... you will find the wallet to download for Windows, Mac and Linux. iOS and Android are not available yet.

[UPDATE] The latest version of the White Paper contains detailed information about the discounts for the pre-sale and ICO
As you can see, all the tokens reserved for the pre-sale (38,400,000 tokens) have a huge discount: from 30% to 12.5%.
Starting from the ICO (44,000,000 tokens), the discounts will go from 10% to 0.

If you mean discount, it's unclear. But the White Paper states that for those who buy in the pre-sale there will be discounts up to 30% (on the official oil barrel price for 1 Petro).

Then, if you go to the Petro page and click STATUS you will be able to see your... status.

The US are currently sanctioning 4 countries and bombing 7 and a US bonds crisis is looming, in 1-2 years the US will likely fall into a new recession. They only have war left to keep their GDP afloat and their massive external debt (20+ trillion dollars) is almost out of control.
If Americans don't buy Petros nobody will give a single f*, as this was totally expected.

I am a little councern, I did send all my details to get the Petro coins, efore the update on profile but I never received a confirmation,now I see that the updated website allows registered members to obtain a tracking number,what does that mean??? When I try to register to the updated Petro website it's says that my eamail was already use so I can't proceed.,what dyou guys think of that?
