I do not kno what is gonna happen with the bitcoin price when that halving occurs but I think that it will go to a high amount near the 1500 dollar.
Of course we cannot predict this too because there is 4 years between this people!

The halving will be good for us all and the bitcoin will also get a good boost from it without any doubts, its just a matter of time before we can see it go to the moon.

I think the halving in 2020 will cause the prices to reach 2k because I think before the halving couple months before the price will be a stabe 1.5k already.
I say this cause it's only end of 2016 so still more than 3 years to go before we reach the next halving that's alot of time for price to grow.
But the halving can not affected the price because i observe last halving the is stable when the halving start until finish. So i think if the price in 2020 is 2k that is a stable price that year so maybe the traders are the one can pump the price or they dump it. I predict that on the day of the halving in 2020 the bitcoin price will be $1666.
lol we cant even predict the price a month from now, let alone predict it 4 years from now. lets just hope bitcoin gains more popularity in 4 years and we get more consumers using it. that should increase the price a bit.

Whatever we speculate price will be rise according to adoption in bitcoin and mining reduction only. Even I am hoping like same as you think. We people will be have to do some research bitcoin and adopt with anyway in bitcoin.

I predict $650
I think it was very low, I predict by 2020 the price of bitcoin will rise. I am pretty sure bitcoin price at the time was $ 1,300 and the price is stable. I am currently trying to collect a few coins until the price is $ 1,300 arrived. I think it is a very high price for 1 bitcoin, but I believe bitcoin will be looking at something in the future

I would think that at that time there's alot of time and things that could've happened from now but probably the price will be about 1.5k if it's still alive like it is today.

I think bitcoin price will be 2500$ by 2020.I hope a fourth bubble would happen in next year which would cause a considerable increase in bitcoin price.I have planned to buy more bitcoins before the end of this year.
The inflation of bitcoin is only 4 % pa which is somewhat low. As the currency basis grows, the inflation also drops slowly. And after the halving in 2020 the inflation will be around 1.75 % pa which is lower than the inflation target of some very conservative fiat money systems (European Central Bank).
I think it takes a few months now to readjust the price to this period of lower inflation.

Even tho it's purely speculation, i would say anywhere between 1k and 20k USD. The most important thing is that it's highly unlikely for it to be significantly (or even at all)
lower than it is now. Reasoning for that is simple; increase in base number of users, increase in transactions per block, and overall opinion of general audience which can
no longer claim that bitcoin is a passing "thing". Shouldnt be long til real high profile people and institutions start using it as store of value - and then.. sky is the limit.
I also think the price would be over 1k USD till or after the 2020 halving but 20kUSD is really far and i would rather minimise that marzin and i would say the price of bitcoin at that time will be between 1k USD to 3k USD.But yes its really hard to predict and nothing can be said correctly. lower than it is now. How nominal I think does not really matter, because the most important thing for me is the price should continue to rise because it would be good for bitcoin users. Due to price increases that will benefit all users bitcoin, and bitcoin is more widely recognized.

I do not know what is gonna happen with the bitcoin halving in that year but I think if the bitcoin stays growing like this it will be very profitable without any doubts.
We should have some patience but we will get rewarded without any doubts.

Not sure what the price is going to be in 2020 because we still have a long way ahead of us before we finally reach 2020.
The price at that point has to be in the thousands because we are waiting so long for that to happen.

True but 2020 is not that far away if you think about it just a little over three years left. I think in those three years we could possibly see a 200$ price advancement every year so in 2020 we will probably be between 1200-1500 usd if everything goes right per coin.
