In the last few weeks, the market has been in a state of chaos, so bitcoin and altcoins have experienced significant price drops. However, although the price of bitcoin continues to decline, the narrative about bitcoin will die I don't think it will happen. As we know that there has always been a narrative that bitcoin will die when the price declines, but in fact it is difficult to happen until now.

Bitcoin will not die than to live to fulfill his purpose in the world. What traders are experiencing right now from the crypto market is a sign that bullish season will remain stable through out next year 2023 for people to believe that Bitcoin cannot die. This is not the first time people are experiencing low price in the market, which we all know that whenever the bearish market is on ground, show that bullish market is very close to take place, which is the season many long term traders and investors used to release their bitcoins to make a passive incomes from the market. I think, this is the lowest price we can experience from this year 2022 before the price will increase higher for both long and short term investors to feel the bullish.

The market seems to be in turmoil and the whole narrative of "Bitcoin is dead" thing is taking place. For me, this is probably one of the best signs to buy. The thing is, I do think that this support is most likely to not hold and we risk seeing a further drop to around 10K which is what I think is a great entry point.

Aren't we have enough of this "Bitcoin is dead" thing?  It has been circulating since I first entered crypto in 2014, it's already 8 years passed and yet Bitcoin is alive and kicking some regulators' ass  Grin.  I already turned off my radio and feeds on Bitcoin speculation because most of them are nonsense.  I believe, let's just buy and hodl and turn off news about Bitcoin until the halving.  It is less frustrating than hearing all these so-called experts ranting nonsense.  And I agree, every bottom is the best time to buy Bitcoin.

To hell with people who say bitcoin is dead. The fact is that we have survived a long period of time and we have survived so far in the face of the negative narrative that is thrown at bitcoin. Indeed today shows a very deep drop from the ATH that we saw some time ago. But we don't just focus on the price but we also have to look at the movement of bitcoin from year to year. Have we forgotten what bitcoin looks like? Actually, I quite regret not knowing bitcoin when it was first introduced by Satoshi.
Do not hesitate about anything regarding bitcoin as an asset that gives us universal freedom.

As others have already mentioned, the "Bitcoin is dead" phenomenon is pretty repetitive every time we go through a bearish period. Ignore it for your own well-being. Anyway, I'm not interested in reading any kind of predictions anymore; I don't see the point; whatever is going to happen will happen. On top of that I'm generally not interested in Bitcoin's price movements. A few months ago, in a similar thread, I had mentioned that Bitcoin's lowest point would settle at approximately $14.500–15.000. So far, I haven't been proven wrong. Although, in my opinion, $10.000 sounds way too exaggerated and unlikely to happen.

For those who have seen the last bear market in 2018? yeah, we have seen enough and it seems just repeating itself for this bitcoin is dead narrative in 2022. And so with that, we will know that later we will have to see another bull run, we just need to be patience. As to how to reply or react to this negativity, just simply ignore them and for sure, you will be a battle tested and harden bitcoin holders through the years and you will simply get affected by this ranting from others, specially those perma bears here. And you will reach a point that you will simply rant at those individuals or even when you read it in social medias.

What are your predictions for this Bear market bottom'st bottom for Bitcoin?
This is indeed the best time for us to buy cheap coins when everything is really on panic or extreme fear specially on the negative sentiments that we had currently on the market.
We cant be sure if this one would really be going low on 10k price range considering that we've been holding strong in 15-16k price point which we arent that blind on not to see
the situation.

Of course, we would really be ending up on lots of predictions that are making on this market. You cant really be able to avoid on what are the things which
could possibly happen. This is what do makes for us to hesitate on doing further actions which isnt something surprising.

I predict that a lot of users who think they own Bitcoin on exchanges are going to be very unhappy to discover they don’t. Exchanges are playing hot potato with user funds trying to provide proof of reserves while in reality they’ve sold you Bitcoin IOUs and likely aren’t holding anywhere near the BTC they’ve sold you. If you haven’t taken your funds off an exchange yet and you’re reading this, mentally prepare yourself for a total loss, because it’s coming.

I think we all have been reminded that we should take our crypto or bitcoin out of exchange, the whole landscape has been changing since the collapse of FTX.

And exchanges now are hard pressed to proved that they have the assets to cover, like what Binance and CZ did. But still not an assurance that everything is well. Meaning that we are still in a volatile position right now and the price will blew off again if there will be a big negative news coming in this bear market. So there is still a big possibility that $10k can be hit in my opinion.

I know DCA is a good way to go and I also bought some when bitcoin was at $20k but this time I want DCA lower. I did some analysis and maybe I'm right maybe I'm wrong but I won't regret making the decision. I bought for 20k$ so buying more for 15k didn't make much of a difference for me.
It doesn't make much of a difference if you buy a small amount, but if you buy a large amount of Bitcoin, then the difference will definitely be very noticeable. Now you can do a little calculation between the price of $20K and the price of $15K, the difference is very clear which is $5K in one unit and if for example you buy 100 units of Bitcoin, will you also not be able to feel the difference Huh If so, that's perfectly normal. But if not, I think it's less than normal.

yes, I understand what you mean. I bought some bitcoins for 20k and I don't have enough money to buy 100 bitcoins as you mentioned so I DCA at 15k-17k won't make too much difference for me. And I am also confident with my analysis bitcoin will be able to go to my buy target. Anyway I got some bitcoins for 20k so I can take the risk this time.

Just seen this tweet from twitter today and it couldn't be more exciting to watch on how it will play. Will it mark to the -80%+ or -90%+ just like in the past or that -77% is enough to stack for the next bull run?

The "Bitcoin is dead" narrative will always show up at times like this and as always once most are fearful in the market, that's the time to buy.

Look at the chart, we can see the decrease in each cycle is getting lower and lower than the previous one and from the chart, I think we are very close to the bottom in this bear season. But one more thing can be seen is that the market is getting bigger and the volatility is also decreasing, once bitcoin is bigger and more mature, there may not be so much volatility left for us to have a good chance of making a profit.

Maybe bitcoin will fall further as we are in a volatile economy unlike previous years but at this price, this is too cheap for us to buy. Take advantage instead of waiting for it to decrease further because no one knows if it will continue to decrease or will increase from here.

Yeah, no one knows what will be the direction it will take, but it is likely to have hit its bottom'est deep. There might be a chance of this being the end of the Bear.

It can maybe have a flash crash and hit the 10K mark, but given that volatility is decreasing, the chance for an overturn is bigger than the chance of having a new flash crash. Let's hope this is true and that we may see it going up from here on.

The market is falling again and we are about to lose the $16k resistance again, I'm not too surprised because I believe the domino effect created by FTX is just the beginning, there will be more bloodbaths in the market until everyone is exhausted. As investors get smarter, the market gets grimmer, your initial prediction of $10k will most likely be the bottom of the market this year. We'll get there, hold on tight.

Bitcoin has had a hard year, but this is still a pretty big blow to the entire ecosystem, so if you're looking to get into crypto right now, you might want to wait a bit. Market cycles are just as much of an important part of the crypto game as the assets themselves, and things will likely rebound eventually. I know it's not easy to wait when all you want is that sweet sweet Bitcoin in your wallet – but patience, my friends. Patience.

They haven't been able to make a distinction between crypto and Bitcoin so the narrative is out of them. There is another possibility that they invest a lot in altcoins, so when the market chaos occurs like recently they consider the Bitcoin and crypto they invested equally.

Instead, we see that the current market chaos will have a positive impact on the sustainability of Bitcoin for the future. Another narrative that fits this chaos better is: "Bitcoin will live forever".

What are your predictions for this Bear market bottom'st bottom for Bitcoin?
Yes, I predict that the bear market will close at $10k. If we compare it with the previous bullrun, each bullrun will increase 10 times. Automatically the Bitcoin price can reach $100k in the upcoming bullrun. In the 2021 bullrun Bitcoin price moved at $6k, and ATH broke at $68k. So this process will continue. So there is no dead word for Bitcoin. It's just a process of both increasing and decreasing prices.

10k$ is a fair price for this year's bear season and I am waiting for that too, it will happen soon, there will be another more devastating story for the market to plummet again. Keep waiting, I still won't buy at current price, still too high for me.

You could be right, but if so I think you’d probably have to wait until the mtgox coins and the us gov coins hit the market. That could be nearly a year. If you have the patience maybe you could get lucky. There’s also a chance we’re seeing the worst of it now and when the massive groups of coins hit the market they’re swept up by large investment companies. That’s why I think dollar cost averaging in throughout this entire bear market is the way to go.

Who said no one knows? CZ knew this will come after his announcement of selling all there FTT tokens as part of there separation to FTX. Besides, you are claiming that market is already will overturned while there are huge funds trap on FTX exchange and many companies that exposed on SBF investment is still not reporting there damage report. Expect a chain of effect since all thise company involved is using share liquidity to fund there project. They will be start to crumble now that the source is already collapse.

Where will the new money to pump the market will come from? Retail?   Huh

Why not under $10k or maybe closer to $1000? It seems that the pessimism and greed of bitcoiners themselves will do even more damage than various geniuses who played the role of great CEOs, and in the end turned out to be incompetent kids. Many people apparently forget that the low price is not only an encouragement to buy, but also a reason for pessimism and negativity that spreads like a virus in yet another story that Bitcoin is actually just another in a series of internet ponzi schemes.

Fair for those who are looking forward for more drops but not fair for those who are done buying and want's the price to move up. For them the waiting game for the next bull run is being extended again. There are two scenarios I can see that will happen once we get to $10k and that is btc will drop further because the panic will be more intense or the price will now recover because many people are going to buy it.

Current price is $16k and that is lower than last time. Don't be too perfectionist mate. We are still not sure if the price will drop more and what if $16k was the bottom already? You will be left behind or you will force to buy at higher price later on.
