ETH job is hanging on the line and we shouldn't forget when he was appointed as the head coach of Manchester United there was so many promises that he'd do this and that, I think those were the words of the fans especially but at the same time we thought things was going to be tough for other EPL club. After the first season I believe many thought this was just the beginning of a better build up from the coach, this very concluded season made us to believe that things are never how they seem to be with the coach Erik ten Heg, is like things turned against him even some of the players with the club performance not in any how close to how it was when he picked the job, having issues with players and some other problems we never get to know about.
Although ETH gave Manchester United the FA CUP after finishing below Chelsea who wasn't doing well too but the FA CUP was one of Erik ten Heg's greatest achievement this season, even at that his position as the manager of UTD is still shaking because some of the fans are saying he should leave while some wants him to continue, but has he done anything to make him continue as Manchester United manager? Should he be given a second chance with how the team performed this just concluded season? Let's have your feel on this.

This is quite a difficult job for Arno Slot, especially since competing in the Premier League is not an easy thing because the Premier League competition is very competitive so it takes time for Arno Slot to adapt to the Liverpool team and also the Premier League competition.
Nothing is instant so don't expect Arno Slot to make Liverpool much better in his first season.

This will be one of the most difficult or even the most difficult moments of his career. Arne Slot has to face the pressure as Klopp's successor, who has given Liverpool many trophies. Klopp became one of the coaches most loved by Liverpool fans after successfully delivering their first English league title after 30 years of waiting. But I think fans will also understand that this will be a slot-first season and anything can happen. I think even if Slot fails to meet the expectations of fans and the club board, he should still be given a chance because Klopp also took several years to build the club.
Klopp has always helped Liverpool to remain very competitive in the Premier League since joining the club and this is most difficult job to be achieved. As you mentioned above, the slot's pressure is rather high consideirng that klopp was always giving the best for liverpool. The supporters have high expectations for him this season and im sure they will be booing him once slot is just gonna be another flop. I'm just curious what adjustments he's going to make for the squad considering that if he will not be using the same line up like klopp did.

I'm still waiting for the slot's transfer plan. I believe that we will see several names join Liverpool during the summer transfer season. This club may experience some changes under his leadership.
Fans are holding out a lot of hope.

I do not think that Manchester United is going to improve a lot even in the next season. that is just my assumption with a new coach. If the current coach ETH is the coach of Manchester United in the next season, I am pretty sure that they are going to perform even badly. I heard someone say that maybe Manchester United should just try and keep him for another season. It cannot be any worse right?

But we all had a very good laugh as soon as we heard that. Why do you want to keep a problem? But we have seen that Manchester United loves to keep problems with them. When every other club is busy fixing their problems, Manchester United is giving the problem more chances to create more problems.
I've a question, Erik Ten Hag the best coach in the past decades for Manchester United? I guessed there's quite heavy duty applicable to sitting in managerial position in Manchester United. Watching their performance is quite not encouraging because they're completely out of control and have always been the club with shocking results. Manchester United will have to put in important strategic tactics if they're planning to make improvements next season. What improvements are we spotting out? The Manchester United is probably not consistent in matches and have conceded huge number of goals this season.

You understand Manchester United very much, when other clubs are busy fixing their problems, Manchester United will still give the problem more chances to keep damaging the team. Since Manchester United appointed Ten Hags nothing has changed, and their performance keeps getting worse in each of their games, I don't want him to remain at the club next season because makes the clubs look so annoying to me. If Ten Hags remain at the club next season I believe we will laugh at them more than this season, at this point many clubs are busy signing players and sacked their coach, I don't know what Manchester United is still waiting for, I'm not sure if they are planning to rely on their current players next season.

I saw the news that Manchester United is going to sell Mason Greenwood on a permanent deal, I think Manchester United is about to make another big mistake because it is not a good idea to sell him, Manchester United does not have any attacking players other than Garnacho, Antony has lost his form this season. So if Manchester United are not buying any forward next season, it is important to keep Greenwood, they shouldn't end the season at the 10 position.

I am sure that Liverpool chose a coach so that he would maximally support the views of the previous coach, and by the way, Klopp himself spoke about this. Salah was and remains Liverpool's main player, who will be very difficult to replace unless he decides to continue his career in Saudi Arabia. But recently Salah wrote on social networks, that their fans deserve trophies, and they will do everything to make this happen next season, so it can be assumed that Salah is going to stay in the team and continue to play for Liverpool.
Many controversies arose when Salah contract almost expired before, but in the end Salah stayed at Liverpool after getting a fantastic salary increase from Liverpool, next season is Salah end year at Liverpool so indeed Liverpool must really be able to take the right decision for the future Salah, Salah has a contract until 2026 with Liverpool and for now of course Liverpool must consider all possibilities,  Salah has reached 31 years old, although he can still contribute to Liverpool, but slowly we can see if the number of Salah goals at Liverpool every season is decreasing, especially after returning from a hamstring injury that has befallen him so far.

Salah is one of Liverpool mainstay players but still he must be replaced with another player who is younger and also productive, seeing what he writes on social media certainly indicates if next season he is still committed to Liverpool, but I think, Liverpool will no longer see a big offer coming from Saudi Arabia next season if indeed Liverpool do not let him go this season,  The Saudi Arabian club are currently offering €150m to sign Salah and of course if Liverpool accept him then the money will be very useful to find other younger players in the summer transfer window.

Since Klopp era Mo Salah is important player in Liverpool and his performance is quite stable in this team so there is possibility for him to stayed for next season but indeed there is no guarantee Arne Slot will playing him regularly especially Arne Slot strategies method is quite different compared to Klopp but since this January Mo Salah was linked to the several teams from Saudi Pro League so maybe if Arne Slot cannot guarantee his place at Liverpool starting lineup then probably Mo Salah will be considering the offers from those clubs and leaving Liverpool

It is very difficult to express Liverpool's condition but they have to take concrete steps to close all next season with the achievements they should have and I think Arne Slot is quite the right coach even though we haven't seen his debut with Liverpool. Maybe it will be difficult for Salah to leave Liverpool because he is almost irreplaceable and he has always been the first choice since the Kloop era.

However, if Salah has written that through then it is certain that he wants to give everything to the club he loves and of course this dark season will not happen again for him. He is still at Liverpool and his mind will not go anywhere before he runs out, therefore he wants to emphasize to the fans that he has not given up.

Liverpool's Mohamed Salah is currently the top player, although he has commented on moving to Saudi Arabia, but he is still playing for Liverpool. But I think it would be best not to leave the Europa League, because he won't get enough support if he enters the Saudi Pro League.  Although he is a top player in terms of respect but in terms of playing he does not enjoy as much advantage as the Liverpool team.

I'm very hopeful that Mohammed Salah will still stay more longer in Liverpool because he is too important on the club because I cannot even start imagining what will become the faith of Liverpool if he is no longer with them, well the thing is that there are players that occupy or perform some certain role on a club that they can never afford to lose them and Mohammed Salah is one of them, however he is like Kelvin de Bruyne in Manchester City from season to season his always the same in performance, that's why it will be very difficult for them to allow him to leave Manchester City.

Though in as much as Klopp will make sure Liverpool has the best coach that will take care of the team like he did, I don't think for now there would be any coach that can handle the club like him because each coach has there pattern of coaching and it could happen that his method may not actually work for the team, well the fact is that it will surely take Liverpool sometime before they will start getting use to any new coach.

In my opinion, Manchester United's success in winning the FA Cup is worthy of appreciation. They had a very poor season, recording their worst finish and worst points in the Premier League era, but they could still end the season with a trophy. This is a big surprise, Erik Ten Hag has proven that he deserves to stay and can bring trophies to Manchester United.
This victory also led Manchester United to appear in the Europa League next season. However, will this trophy be able to save Ten Hag from being fired? Now Eric Ten Hag is still waiting for the club's decision regarding his future at Manchester United.
I don't think winning FA Cup can be a way to rate Ten Hag's performance.

FA Cup, Champions League, etc all of them are competitions, they just need to win for few matches to win it, which mean there's a big probability we will see an upset, just like Manchester United beat Manchester City.

While leagues, when every teams have around 38 matches in one season, in order to win they need to be good at all time.
Man United's performance in the FA Cup final deserves to be appreciated. But it is true that this is not enough to judge Ten Hag's performance. And of course the council there will also consider everything. Because after all, Man United's finish in 8th place is one of the worst in the history of this club. Because in the last ten seasons, this is the only time Man United has finished in 8th place. And in the Champions League, we can see that Man United failed in the group stage and Man United was even ranked bottom in Group A at that time. There may be many reasons for this poor outcome. But whatever the reason, that's the result. It's just that hope did come in the end because Man United got a ticket to the European League thanks to their victory in the FA Cup Final. So this matter will still be included in consideration. And then everything will be assessed. Are Man United getting more bad results or good results after being handled by Ten Hag?

If the measure is only to get a trophy, then Erik Ten Hag's performance is worth maintaining, he has successfully won two titles since he was at Old Trafford. But if the valuation measure is broad then ETH's performance is questionable. We can see how the Red Devils are in the EPL and also the Champions League this season. In my opinion, ETH has really failed to develop a dream team. So if you want to be better for next season then ETH deserves to be fired

I don't know whether Mo Salah and Luiz Diaz will be part of them next season and this category must be seen from the management who wants to keep them or not. Losing several key players and coaches will affect the level of game consistency and this will be a big problem for Liverpool because it is not easy to build a more solid team like Jurgen Klopp did. Adaptation sometimes takes a long time, especially if the coach has never managed any team in the English league.

Now the new coach will have a big responsibility to maintain the consistency of the game and this is not easy to do because there are different conditions. Several new coaches actually failed in the English league and they had quite a hard time keeping up with other teams and hopefully that doesn't happen to the new Liverpool coach.

In fact, we won't know for sure what will happen to M. Salah and Luis Diaz in the coming season because it is reported that Saudi Arabian club wants M. Salah, but it seems that Salah still wants to defend Liverpool.so in my opinion there is no certainty about what will happen. happens with Salah. However, with Klopp leaving Liverpool, it seems that Luis Diaz wants to follow Kloop, in essence he wants to leave Liverpool and play at another club which is certainly not in the EPL. but honestly I hope Luis Diaz and M. Salah play together at Liverpool again because in my opinion these two players are really needed by Liverpool.

Losing key players and coaches will certainly make Liverpool different from usual, but we'll see whether Arne Slot can make Liverpool even better or not, but I'm sure that Arne Slot will try his best to make Liverpool successful. And of course there are certainly Liverpool fans who are worried about the change in Liverpool coach, but of course everyone can only hope that Arne can make Liverpool champions in the coming season.

Two seasons, the first one looks good but it is a bad point with his relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo. If all things leaked by Cristiano are true, Ten Hag actually is bad in his ways in handling conflicts with players and possibly it is one of biggest reasons for the club's bad performances in this season.

As Ten Hag is still a head coach, players will not raise their voice publicly but if Ten Hag is sacked or leave the club this summer, or next some years, we will know some hidden facts about Ten Hag's works in Old Trafford.
You're right about ten Hag and his inability to resolve conflicts. Let's say Ronaldo was too big for him to handle, what about Jadon Sancho? Granted you don't have to dance to every tune of the players but that doesn't mean you have to be a control freak. He managed to bring some semblance of control to the club in his first season but at what cost? Presently, despite winning the FA cup, it still didn't put in him in the good graces of the board as they have decided to part ways with him and I'm wondering if United will ever get to their glory days when Sir Alex Ferguson was coach?
Most of the players are not happy at the club and it somehow reflects in their performance and this is affecting the younger ones there.
Actually, Ten Hag has a good strategy. So when the players play with minimal mistakes, Man United always plays quite well and always produces good results. But Ten Hag's weakness is that he doesn't understand how to make the players in the squad work together in good chemistry and also in building the players' motivation to be able to play optimally.  The players seemed to have lost their enthusiasm on the field. So we often see fluctuations in the performance of the players themselves. Like sometimes their defenders make a lot of mistakes in one match but then improve in another match. And sometimes when the defenders improve their attack line becomes dull. This problem recurs throughout the season. But technically I see that the strategy and formation used by Ten Hag is very good. It's just a matter of how he can build relationships between the players well and make the players play with enthusiasm. So that they don't make many mistakes or waste many opportunities. I am neutral on the ten hag issue. Because this choach does have his own advantages and disadvantages. Maybe if he coached at a club that wasn't as big as Man United then I'm sure Ten Hag could make a weak team strong. But Ten Hag had a little difficulty when facing the many star players he had to deal with at big clubs.

Everything turn out to become favorable for Erik Ten Hag this season. The Red Devils are doing everything within their capacity to match up the competitive race next season. Manchester United won Manchester City in the FA Cup final and this is another reason to boosts their confidence infront of winning, always aiming forward for the big winnings. Manchester United have players that keep relenting in matches and they've failed completely in doing their duties as determined players.

It's actually true that the performance of Eric ten hang hasn't been impressive in the immediate past season, but I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and I also believe that he has earned the right to be given a second chance due to this trophy he won, remember that arsenal that has been doing well of late, challenging Manchester city for the title has gone two seasons now without winning anything, so I think Eric ten hang should be appreciated for this trophy he just led Manchester united to.

And another thing that I feels that have affect the manager generally is that he hasn't been given enough support by the hierarchy, those rumours of him getting sack every now and then affect him and it also reflect on the teams performance during the cause of the season, so I think that if he actually stays, he should be supported more this time around.

Yes, their success in securing at least 1 title this season should be appreciated amidst the chaos they are currently facing. Regardless of whether it is luck or not, what is clear is that they can bring home a title this season. But my question is, is a coach's success always seen from just a title? even though his overall appearance isn't that great? or even far from good?

However, this is something that Manchester United management must consider, whether they will see the coach's success only because they managed to win the FA Cup or will they look more broadly than that. For me, when they look at it from a wider perspective, I think Erik Ten Hag can be fired, but if they look at the results that can be achieved, namely a trophy, then they will keep him. This is entirely management's decision, whether they will retain or fire Erik Ten Hag.

Liverpool's new manager Arno Slot not confirming yet some players will be for his tactician or not including Mohamad Salah and Luiz Diaz, its difference on tactician indeed both of them get regular position under Jurgen Klop era but can't guarantee under Arno Slot between Luiz Diaz or Mohamad Salah will get their regular position actually Liverpool has Dutch striker Cody Gakpo will be favorite players for Liverpool new manager. Liverpool will begin their pre season match on next month but I think get two or three week holiday time before returning back to training and Arne Slot will announce which one players defend or sell them on next window transfer opening.

Arne Slot get huge pressure for replacing Jurgen Klopp position after success winning Premier League and Champion League trophies, its not friendly for Dutch manager in Premier League because most of them failed with their team from Louis Van Gal era until Erik ten Hag failure with Manchester United. I doubt will Arne Slot make Liverpool success for next season and keep in the Premier League race with Manchester City and Arsenal?

Recently Van Dijk has been met Arne Slot and Van Dijk said he will fully support to Arne Slot and i think this is good news because previously Van Dijk was rumoured will leave but after his meeting with Arne Slot then he decided to stay but there are some players who possibly will be sell by Arne Slot this summer and the names such as Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez will be into Liverpool sell lists because Luis Diaz seems want to moved to Barcelona and Nunez also probably will not into Arne Slot plan for next season this because since joining with Liverpool Nunez performance could not play well as expected
