I agree with you. The previous season was very one-sided. Manchester City dominated from the start of the season and won the title. If Arsenal could have continued their good performance in the previous season, then the previous season might have been competitive. And in previous seasons too we have usually seen two teams fighting for the title. However, Arsenal, City and Liverpool are fighting for the title this season. And so far every team has a chance to win the title.

Arsenal, City and Liverpool each have experienced coaches and a strong squad. And consistently teams are able to perform well. So it cannot be assumed that any team will continue to perform well till the end of the season and win the title.

Arsenal last season was not bad they only lost a few times to be left behind by Man City while Liverpool in the previous season slumped because of many injured players while the current season has risen again only Man City remains stable every season.

I think Arteta explored the problem last season until now will not happen where his team misses towards the end of the season only need to survive even though it is not easy but we see Arsenal who are quite solid in their game.

In my opinion, the 3 teams currently competing are equally good. You are right, Manchester City are always at the same level, Arsenal can improve their level to be even better and they learned from their experience last season where they couldn't maintain their game until the end of the season, and this season they can survive this far. Arsenal will definitely allow what happened last season to happen in this season for Manchester city to embrace the luck to achieve the title, because the points the three teams are using to lead each other is just a little points and if Arsenal lose any match, it will give opportunity to Manchester city or Liverpool to take the position from Arsenal. So far, in the Premier league, out of the three big teams contending for the title, only Liverpool failed to carry a point home and this could affect their state of being especially as they were clear favorites to win their game against Atalanta last night but they managed to bottle it. The way I see their game against Crystal Palace in the weekend, I wonder if they can be able to pull up three necessary points to atleast go on top, that's if the Gunners would lose.
Their game against Atalanta could be described as a big disappoinment to fans and I believe they will be hoping to placate them with the game to Crystal Palace and I'm wondering if the Eagles can be able to surprise them at home like they were given last night.
Crystal Palace is not a team one can count as a threat especially as most of their 1st 11 are either out injured or at risk of suspension. Their stats don't even show encouraging results as out of 31 games, they won 7 drawn 9 and lost 15 and sit at 15th on the table, that's not something a club like Liverpool would worry about, they will want to punish their opponents for their defeat but since football can be full of surprises, can Crystal Palace be the team to set Liverpool on a downward spiral?
