It all gets worst and then it gets better. If Jim Radcliffe and his team are really serious about this overhaul stuff, then they should kick off with the sake of Marcus Rashford and players not worthy of playing for the club.

Basically, when Manchester United managed to comeback with a score of 2-3, of course I thought that Manchester United would win thismatch. It surprises me to see Arsenal and Tottenham mentioned as clubs that potentially violated PSR rules. The change in PSR punishment sanction will obviously give a lot of advantages to Chelsea and Manchester City, which have been found to breach the PSR rules many times.
In conclusion, there will be no point deduction sanctions for the clubs that violated PSR. Point deduction sanction will be replaced with luxury tax sanction. As a football veiwers, i have no problem with it, but the only question is whether this luxury tax sanction will be more trouble to the mediocre clubs that volated it as well, like Leicester city or Forest.

Some clubs can be benefited from the change of PSR sanction. It's hard for PL to deny it since it will give also more income as the club will be sanctioned with greater tax once they have found violated PSR rules.

Yesterday’s win was one of the most dramatic wins i have seen recently, it was funny how Manchester United cameback and went back again when the match was almost over. Chelsea was just lucky to have equalized else they would have lost the game. It is bad how Chelsea are used to throwing away 2-0 lead especially in big matches, they did it against Arsenal and now Manchester United. For a team to be able to compete against big opponents they need to have a strong defense that wouldn’t concede goals easily.
