It's a nice suggestion but we may not see it happen, either Modric or Kross coming to Chelsea would have been the savior to raise them out of their poor performance and position. Why Manchester City can evade from FFP rules for a decade? it's not make sense, they should get a big punishment because it's not fair for the other teams from the last decade.
