Focusing on one of them might actually be quite good. But I think Jurgen Klopp can divide his focus between the two, namely the Premier League and the European League. It seems you misunderstood, this screenshot is not about the match but about each team's chances of winning the title, the bookie places Arsenal in 3rd position as a champion candidate meaning that even though Arsenal are currently at the top of the standings, they are not the main favorites to win the title, I don't know what the reason is but maybe because Arsenal is not consistent at the end of the season like previous seasons.

Just like you, I also favored Liverpool to win the title even from the start of the season the reason is I believe they have a complete player or squad but it seems that this season the competition is quite tough Liverpool has 2 competitors who have the same abilities so effort and consistency is needed here.
